Glen was…read moreincredibly communicative throughout the entire process, and could not possibly have been more flexible in terms of scheduling the installation and removal of the staging materials. Best of all, his keen eye for design did the trick: after Marsocci Interiors staged our unit, we received and accepted an offer and closed a few weeks later. We would absolutely use Marsocci Interiors again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for interior design or staging.

I was looking for the best quality work available and I didn't feel as comfortable with anyone, but TAS Interiors. Speaking to the design managers, Andre and Dorians, immediately put me at ease because I felt that they understood the vision that I had and he cared more about my plans than he did about upselling me to make a greater profit. Throughout the process he periodically came to do quality checks on the kitchen. In addition, he checked in with me to ask if I had any concerns about the progress, which I appreciated greatly. I would recommend TAS Interiors to anyone who is looking for a professional design team who makes customer service a top priority.

Our 1986 home has been amazingly transformed at a reasonable price from an out-of-date home, to one that looks nicer than the beautiful, multi-million dollar brand new Signet condominiums in Mclean, Virginia. Andre Sabbagh is by far the best builder/architect/interior designer we have ever worked with. He is a genius at coming up with designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and all other rooms that meet our needs at a reasonable price. We hired him to update our very large home so that we could sell it quickly--but he did such a brilliant job that we love so much that we have decided not to move. It is impossible to find a better builder/remodeler than Andre Sabbagh. Mark N.

Selling a house is difficult as it is. The last thing you want to add to an already stressful…read moreprocess is a difficult contractor. Her business model is to pay for services before they are rendered which naturally inspires distrust on both ends. as a multi property owner who works with contractors frequently, this is an unusual and shady business practice. A deposit is even more reasonable than requiring an invoice to be paid in full, however, in the interest of time, we agreed to pay for each service as we go with the understanding that the work would be complete. The first service was the caulking of the bathroom. We paid in full up front only to arrive and realize the work was incomplete and sloppy. The shower floors were caulked using a white paint that did not match the original colors. So when she requested we pay for then next service (painting) fee up front, we explained that we would like some sort of guarantee that the work will be completed, which is reasonable considering the first service was not completed. Her response? "He will complete the shower when he returns to paint- Who said he was done?!" To which I shared with her the email where she clearly states the work was completed. Instead of her taking accountability for the inconsistencies in her own statements, her response is, "I'm not going back and forth with you!" Yes. I can't make this stuff up. That same day, we were instructed to move all furniture to the center of the room in preparation for the painting all for the no one to show up and no response from her. Mind you, we had to vacate the unit in order for the contractor to work. Fortunately we have another apartment across town but Imagine if we were in hotel, we would've put ourselves in a deeper financial hole all because she didn't "feel like going back and forth" and stopped responding completely. On top of telling us she doesn't have time to go back and forth she would constantly over share "I took time out of my busy week when I had twins graduating next week, am a single mom etc etc" it's just wildly unprofessional and should not take away from your accountability and professionalism as a business owner. We were constantly cut off and talked over. Our concerns were frequently ignored or dismissed with comments like "darling, don't worry your pretty little head" and "I have been doing this for years". Incredibly condescending and patronizing when you could simply just provide us with the guarantees we are asking for. I have never been so disrespected as a customer, yet had to bite my tongue because we were at her mercy. We were really excited to be supporting a black owned business but clearly no good deed goes unpunished. I truly believe she has a talent with staging but talent does not equate to business savviness. Enrolling in business courses would benefit her and future clients greatly.

I had an initial call with Bershan and her team, and sent some pictures I had collected for inspiration. We came up with a budget that worked for me (she was very flexible, but realistic), and set up an in person meeting at my home. Soon after, she sent some ideas for the larger items of furniture, which I selected, and I left the rest for her to do her work. 1 Star -- Think Twice Before Building With Toll Brothers…read more My experience with Toll Brothers was extremely bad and financially devastating. Please read every page of the contract carefully before signing. In my case, the promissory note was in separate contract documents and was not presented together with the deposit information. After the contract was ratified, I understood that after only a short period I was essentially locked in. The Design Studio was another major disappointment. Materials and finishes I saw advertised on their website or in the showroom were not necessarily available to me. I also became extremely concerned about the quality of workmanship by the subcontractors working on my home. I saw what I believed were shortcuts and poor-quality work. When I questioned the quality, the response I received was essentially, "we've always done this." I tried to get out of the contract because of my concerns about the workmanship. Toll Brothers declared me in default, kept my approximately $172,000 in deposits and upgrade payments, and pursued me under the promissory note. Then comes arbitration. You are dealing with a large corporation with substantial legal resources, while the individual homeowner can face significant legal and arbitration expenses just to fight for their own money. Toll Brothers' published arbitration terms also provide for arbitration rather than a traditional court proceeding in certain disputes. My experience has left me feeling that the buyer carries enormous risk once the contract is signed. There are also numerous consumer complaints describing concerns about workmanship, deposits, contract issues, and customer service.

We went to get our selections for a new build this year, and I could not have been more happier…read morewith the selections we made!Erika was an incredible guide to us in navigating our style, while staying true to what was available and what we could achieve. There are plenty of options to choose from if you're willing to take the time and understand how to achieve what you'd like, the end result could be that you're really happy with what you can make out of your home! We are extra attentive to details and care about how a home should look from the ground up, Erika empowered us with selections that fit the bill! The only feedback upwards to Toll design operations at the corporate level is the lack of customization of packages that are offered or the flexibility in selection. We got most of what we wanted but hoped there were more personalization options, especially with the claim that this builder is a design forward, luxury builder. Luxury should encompass a sense of personalization as much as it should offer convenience! But I don't reflect that feedback back to the actual studio itself. If you're going with Toll Brothers as your builder in the DMV area, you're gonna have a great time navigating this studio and making selections that last long, and make you happy. If you get an opportunity to work with Erika, from our experience, she's awesome!!
