They were so informative and professional. I felt really comfortable having them replace our roof and was glad that we chose them. And besides having skill and knowledge, they are also honest. We had a 40-year old roof with redwood rain gutters. We had no idea that our gutters could actually be worth something. RidgeLine informed us that there is a market for used redwood gutters (for restoring Victorians, etc.). I have a feeling that not all roofers would have been that honest. I think some roofers may have just told us "We'll be happy to haul those old gutters away at no charge!". Definitely give RidgeLine a call!

He blamed his son for the scheduling mistake. He wanted to try to get the crew together later today which would have put him hours behind, or maybe tomorrow, he was sure it wouldn't take long even though he hasn't even seen the property or the trees he is to remove! We are taking our business elsewhere and are extremely disappointed as we had read the great reviews here and were expecting quality professional service. Sure everyone makes mistakes but completely spacing on a scheduled service is ridiculous, guess they didn't need our business!!!
