Josh explained exactly what he and his trainee (Ben Mulron) were doing as they performed the various tasks, had an efficient work plan and was very personable and polite. Completed all the work in time estimated and did a walk thru with me showing me everything done. Also explained current warranty on various work. He was very respectful of my concern for the owner's cats who are still in the house. In addition, he was a very good supervisor, explaining tasks to trainee to do and showing him minor correction and letting him redo. I originally todo the tech I didnt need a receipt but decided I was going to submit yo my insurance company. The company ghosted me. After about 10 calls and 5 emails and also contacting through the website, I still have gotten a response. well they did send me an email with a line that said service call and $0 on it. I needed them to list the products that were replaced with the total. They can put paid and $0 owed if they want. all of this and it's 3 weeks later. i even drove to the address on their website and it's a corner lot with no building. The open 24 hrs a day is an answering service that you will never be able to speak with someone that can help you. They said they would label it as urgent. Even that doesn't help.
