I can go longer between fills without the nails popping off or peeling off. Something that I did not realize I would like is the fact that they do one type out of pedicure. You don't have to sift through all the different options and maybe one is three dollars more or one is five dollars more etc. -- they get you in and do a fantastic job. Love them!!!

don't know how this woman has five stars. I've shown up 3 times during posted business hours and…read moreshe's never been here. The phone number on the door doesn't work, the voicemail isn't setup. Desperately I made an appointment for noon thinking if she had an appointment on the books she would be on time. She doesn't get to the salon until 11:58 with another client in front of me. We get into the salon she doesn't know where her thread is, she's very loudly on a phone call. She didn't even acknowledge I had an appointment until maybe 12:05? I get into the chair at 12:10 while she's still trying to process the payment from the previous customer. She tells me it's going to be a shaping appointment because I have not personally seen her in 3 weeks and my eyebrows have "no shape." I get my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks, I told her I wouldn't be paying an upcharge because she was late. She told me the next time I booked I needed to look at what appointment I was booking, but that she would provide it free this time. I told her I wouldn't be back. She then tells me if I paid attention to the website she's "allowed to be 5-10 minutes late." At this point I got up and walked out and I will be contacting my credit card company. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 18 years and I've never run into someone so unprofessional and condescending. Just because there are limited options in Lawton doesn't give you the right to be so unprofessional.

They…read moregot us right in even after 5, where I usually find it gets busier with people stopping after work. We were just lucky. 7 people came in right after us. Whew! Anyway, I don't like pedicures, so I usually get the basic as I don't like sitting there too long. But I went ahead and upgraded since hubby always gets some sort of deluxe. Even with that, she got me out quickly. I loved that. A lot of people might not since they would like to relax, unwind, and be pampered, so I did want to mention that. But for me, it was awesome! She slightly cut my toenails shorter than I like as I don't want ingrown toenail's, but they grow back. She did a great job of cleaning up the areas around the toes, massaging, and the waxing "soak" after. For now, I will definitely be back as long as it always stays consistent.

I left with my fake nails still on my real nail, he only shaved it down enough to get the paint and tips off. He also was pulling the edges of my fake nail off my real nail and caused damage to my real nails doing so. The whole interaction was awkward and felt rushed. I walked in at 6:10 and left at 6:30, they don't close until 7:00. If this is the service for just a soak off, i would never come for a set. I am so utterly displeased with this interaction and service.
