She did what I requested but the result is not satisfying rather dissapointing. Hair has been trimmed way too much - usually trimming and layering done in the inner layer of the hair, not outer layer but somehow she did both inner and outer which makes my hair look very messy. It was $85 total not including tips ($10 extra charge due heavy hair). If I could reverse time and decide whether or not to get a haircut, I wouldn't at least with Nina.

I came in expecting to pay $75 for my cut, but Xuan said she had to charge a little more because my hair was long (and to be honest, my hair was not much longer than it was the last time I saw her). I expected "a little more" to be $10 maybe $20--nope, I had to pay an additional $55 for a whopping total of $130 for a shampoo and cut. She really should have told me this before she started and not at the end. In any case, I will not be returning at these prices, nor do I want to support a business that is not transparent about their pricing. Buyer beware.
