When I asked why I'm paying $450 a month only to have something so personal and important ripped out, she coldly responded, "That's the price you pay for communal living." I was then told it was my fault for not having a sign out requesting that the garden be left alone -- even though there's nothing in the bylines stating that's required. As I began to cry, I asked if she was being serious, and she sarcastically replied, "No, I'm fake." Not a single apology. Not one attempt at a solution. We've owned our Sea Pines timeshare for 40 years and are just heartbroken that they've turned it into a roach motel. There are holes in the walls. Peeling and chipped paint in EVERY room, scuff marks on literally every wall, dirt and dust build up that borders on being unsanitary. When we called, and after we finally got through, their response was defensive and they did not promise to to do anything except make a note of the litany of issues. Avoid this company like the plague. If you are in a similar circumstance with this company please contact me. I've learned we are far from unique, and that others are in the same boat. This company has a reputation of pocketing annual maintenance fees and performing no maintenance. I've only heard of them stepping in when roaches or vermin appear. UPDATE: The Homeowners Association in our area, Racquet Club Villas, even changed their bylaw in direct response to having to deal with Judy and Theresa. Their reputation in Sea Pines is infamous. I've now spent 3 months trying to get an answer from Judy and Theresa about what they will do to our unit. They have yet to provide anything. I've called and emailed at least 12 times. They keep promising to send something in response (not do any work, just respond to your complaints) but have failed repeatedly to do even that.

I especially appreciate their rapid, open and complete responses to questions or comments that I need addressed for my reports. If all other property management companies managed as well and cooperated as freely as does GW Services, my job would be a WHOLE lot easier and enjoyable.
