However, it's important to note that the dog park itself is split in two for large dogs and small dogs, however the small-dog dog park is almost never used, so the large-dog dog park has become a mixed dog park. This is fine for me since I have a medium-sized dog, but it's something I'd think people should be aware of, seeing large dogs running around and playing with small dogs. This is just something to consider if you have a smaller dog or even a senior/geriatric dog. It's not the best dog park in my opinion, but it's the best we've got in the area.
