Inside sausage and cheese kolache omg yum so good
Hannah S.

Shipley Donuts is a very "southern" thing...we just don't get them in California that I've ever found. And believe me, I looked bc kolaches are just about my fave breakfast! So I always have to grab some Shipleys when I visit! At least once! This location was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and doing great on the Covid precautions. Plenty of parking. There were no sausage and cheese kolaches ready (which are the BEST imo)...so I waited for the new batch to be ready (about 12 mins). So worth the wait! I got a sausage and cheese kolache, a cream filled donut and a cherry glazed donut. The kolache was off the charts delish! The bread was warm and slightly crispy on the outside but soft and squishy on the inside! The cream filled donut was also really good...the cream was light and not too sweet...the whole thing almost tasted like cotton candy! The cherry glazed didn't taste like cherry and was kinda bland so I only took like 1-2 bites. So skip that one maybe. Otherwise excellent food and very cheap!

Thank you shipleys, you're Do-Nuts made the event even better ! I love the fact that you make special donuts for certain occasions.

Amazing, soft, melt-in-your-mouth donuts.

I'm sure that they probably have put it somewhere in the fine print or the terms and conditions, but wherever they put it, it was not noticeable and we didn't find out until they showed up at the door to deliver it. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately. The last 3 times I've placed an order online they had to call to tell us that they were out of something that we ordered. The first 2 times they were out of the drink we ordered which was not that big of a deal, but the last time they were completely out of brownies... I will probably be taking my business to domino's from now on, they are actually still able to give you change when you pay in cash, and they have it in a noticeable place on their website that they only carry $20 in change with them.

Unprofessional and emotionally harmful management…read more I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like people deserve to know how this place treats their workers- especially young employees just trying to do their best. I worked here for just under two weeks, and from the start, I was micromanaged and compared to others by the manager 'Jared Howard' before I even had the chance to properly learn. I asked questions, tried to improve, and kept showing up, even when I felt anxious and unsupported. The training was inconsistent, and it felt like I was being set up to fail. When I finally spoke up about how I felt to Jared, including some very personal things going on in my life--like being kicked out by my parents--my manager acknowledged it on the surface, but quickly shifted blame back onto me. He even used my personal struggles as a reason I was "maybe not fit to be here," instead of offering understanding or professional guidance. That moment broke something in me. A manager should never weaponize someone's trauma. On my last day, I was pulled aside and let go under the excuse of "not paying attention," even though I was genuinely trying to improve every day. I wasn't perfect, but no one is in their first couple weeks- especially with minimal training and emotional pressure. What hurt the most wasn't being fired- it was the way it was handled. Cold, dismissive, and lacking the kind of compassion or professionalism I expected from a place that serves the community. I hope this business reflects on how they treat people. Because employees are not disposable. We're human beings with lives, feelings, and value- even if we're not perfect from day one.

Got into an argument with one of the cooks or wait staff. Why don't you call him about why it's taking so long the guy took a personally I'm trying to get the manager who looks like a little kid who's sitting there like a dumb ass and it's not doing anything and I'm saying are you not paying attention to the lobby and the online orders while the guy next to me screaming and yelling at the other guy this is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to and I've been to the same Taco Bell like seven times and it's the same problem too many teenagers not a good manager is not managing his staff. It seems like they don't know what hurry up and move is! and they don't seem to understand that they're slowness is kind of part of the problem and they're oblivious to the lobby and online orders I'm giving this a massive thumbs down in an epic fail of Taco Bell management in that restaurant. They need to get their act together! It was so bad I never got my one item and I end up calling the police when I left because I was afraid that the customer and line Cook we're gonna start throwing fist!
