Pretty good for a wash but they need a heavier last rinse to wash out soap from the Mirrors, window sills and body cracks that hold soap.

This place is a great way to freshen up the car you drive. The staff is always friendly and try to get you in and out fast! My vehicles always come out fast and very clean. They even added a touch less self serve bay which cleans the car very well. The details services here are second to none. I suggest the unlimited package as you pay for it after two regular washes in a month. read more

We'd had the monthly unlimited pass for years but decided to take a break for a few months. We checked and realized that the payment always went through on the 24th of the month and that we would need to cancel it right away to make sure it stopped the payment. They refused. It turns out, they send the charge, and it takes 3 days for their system to process the payment. If they've sent the charge, you can't get a refund, and they blamed it on us for not knowing what day they sent it through claiming that we should have cancelled it before they sent the charge. I bought a 6 month unlimited, one of the better ones, again last November. I just went today, as it is the last day of the 6th month. The guy at the window said I had to pay, and I told him I had the 6 month, as indicated on the barcode sticker on my window. He said that my y month ended two days ago, on April 28th. These clowns sell you a 6 month, but don't advertise that they consider a month 30 days, not the actual month. That is false advertising. I couldn't go there over the last month of April, as they were only open 9-5, and I worked 9-5. Don't fall for their false advertising again, because 6 months starting Nov 1, ends April 30, not April 28. They just lost a customer for good ! read more

I went to Ship Shape car wash on March 2,2016. After the car wash I noticed multiple scratches in a swaying motion on the hood of my car going all the way thru the paint!! I immediately went back and was told I would have to come back the next day to speak to a manager. I returned on March 3, 2016 and spoke with a "manager". He said that I must of "put a box on the hood and that is what caused the scratches" I now have to have my car insurance contact their insurance company. Both companies will have to determine what "caused"the scratches". After talking with Ship Shape and the manager's rude demeanor I think this will go poorly. They deserve no stars. read more

Had my car damaged two times in the span of a month and they refuse to do anything. Denied their wash could crack a tail light as a chunk is hanging off fresh and wet and then act like you're a con artist or a moron that doesn't know what your car looked like 10 minutes earlier. I got the interior of my car done here and ended up with opaque streaks all over the windows, to the point where friends riding in my car asked if I had a dog-- it looked like a slobbery, wet-nosed dog had been all over my windows. My husband took my car to this car wash to use a certificate that we got from a benefit that we went to. The certificate was good for exterior and interior cleaning which we thought was awesome and most certainly thought we'd be doing going forward. UNTIL we realized that a gold and diamond bracelet that I had in the pocket of the door went missing and the store manager and the GM just couldn't find any evidence after reviewing their cameras that they saw anymore take my bracelet. But this I can tell you 100% that the bracelet was in the pocket of the door because my husband removed a straw wrapper and when I went to look when he brought the car home it was not that!!!! The person he spoke with at the store thought it might be in the vacuum cleaner (because they never clean the door!) but not there. So if it's not in the car, not in the vacuum cleaner and someone didn't take it there is evil gremlins at Ship Shape Carwashes in Onalaska that steal your stuff and the store manager's solution if for me to claim on our insurance, pay the deductible and take a ding on our insurance because someone at Ship Shape stole my bracelet. I'd suggest not allowing those people there access to whatever you may have in your car. But no they don't really have a stealing problem there, they test their employees with temptation and they don't have any recent reports of anyone "taking the money". May take other things, but no one there cares about that. And keep in mind my husband was waiting for the car to be done right outside the door. But I guess when you're good you're good and who would notice the slipping of a bracelet into your pocket and if the manger doesn't see it on their perfectly placed awesome camera, he doesn't care. It didn't happen! Hold onto your stuff if you take your vehicle there with anything in it and leave it unattended!!! read more

Every time we come to wash the dog these folks are out of shampoo and conditioner. Usually they apologize and immediately fill the machines. But, today I have been told they are too busy and I will need to wait. I told them to simply give me my money back and I will leave. They are refusing to do that as well. read more

I purchased the full interior package. It took about 20 minutes the the Fellas working on my car were very professional and polite. When I got into my car, I was impressed. It looked like new. There is a small spot that other companies always miss with the panel cleaning, and they got it. I will definitely return. read more
