In June of 2022 I brought my truck in for rust repair. Just three short months later, I noticed…read morepaint bubbling up where the repair was supposedly done. I contacted Al's and was told by the administrative assistant that the shop manager made note of the rust spot which was there to be repaired. I did not get an email response back when I expressed my concern that I had brought my truck there to have that rust spot repaired. I went to the shop to address another issue and their response to the bubbling paint problem was confusing, contradictory and very shady because I was then told that there wasn't any more rust to cut out by the shop manager. I'm not sure what I paid for at this point. In further review of my receipt, I found that I was charged for a decal as well as labor to put on a decal that is not even on my truck. They did refund me the cost of the decal, but offered only to apply a corrosion protection to the rust spot that they claimed to have repaired. I would never recommend Al's Auto Body to anyone.
