The AC was barely cooling the interior of my vehicle, and as I was driving by Nelson Auto Center I…read morenoticed their sign mentioned a reminder about getting an AC check. I made a note of that and eventually stopped in to see if they could do a check for me. I was met promptly at the service desk on a busy day, and while they couldn't me in same day (which was a Thursday) I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday morning. When I arrived, Joel met me at the service desk to get things started. Very smooth check-in process. Joel let me know it would be about an hour to do the check and said they'd text me when it was complete. I told him I'd head over to the Taco Bell next door and be back after that. Joel pointed out that some sort of construction had started that morning at Taco Bell and that it didn't look open (turns out it wasn't). That didn't stop me from breaking fast. Joel set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go grab a bit to eat. Sure enough, about an hour later (as I'm finishing my breakfast) Joel called, let me know that the freon was low and that they topped it off, and that the car was ready. When I arrived, we completed payment in no time, and I was out the door with cold AC at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I got the work done at Nelson - friendly, knowledgeable folks who work quickly and charge reasonably. I would not hesitate to go back for additional service needs.

Even though he was a man down, he got it done in one day. Reasonably priced. My vehicle wasn't dirty inside as it had been with other places that changed my oil. My light settings and radio station was all as it was before - HUGE pet peeve of mine when workers change it and don't put back. So far, everything seems great.
