Now I am 4 minutes into a car wash, soap all over my pickup and the card reader won't read any of my cards. Tried another booth but there is only the one booth with a card reader. So I had to leave and try the car wash on the other side of town. I will not return and I do NOT recommend this frustration to anyone.

After a blizzard dumped a ton of snow on my poor Texas car, leaving it cold and sad and wheels…read morefilled with ice creating an imbalance, I decided to get it washed hoping the warm water would melt the snow and ice covering my car like a tight glove. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a very professional young man and the window. He pointed out my options, I selected one and headed through. A second man guided me into the rail which pulls your car along the wash. After the first wash didn't do the job, I pulled around and I was graciously allowed to go through a second time. After the second time didn't do the job, I pulled and poked the remaining snow and ice off the car and drove around for a third pass, which I was allowed to do, free of charge. The third time didn't the trick. Although I didn't take off a star for the wash not doing a superb job, I felt at best that would be just a half star off. The saving grace was the staff being very friendly and helpful (allowing a few extra passes). Customer service is very important to me and the Ship Shape Car Wash had that in spades! One note for the owners (if they review these comments) is to perhaps turn up the pressure or water temp? Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Most car washes give me anxiety because I never know exactly what I need to do but this place was really straightforward. A man motioned for us to pull in, let us know to put the car in neutral, and we were done with the whole experience in less than five minutes. $11 is the highest package and I feel like it was worth it. We liked that the attendant hand washed the car in the beginning. Another plus was that the car dried shockingly well. I usually have left over water droplets that I would need to handle on my own but there was no need in this situation. If you're looking for a quick, efficient, and convenient exterior car wash this is the place to stop. They do everything they promise and nothing that they don't. It was alright. My…read moretruck was dirty from highway driving and dusty from sitting at a campground. I decided to try My Car Wash. I took their top wash ($14). The attendant sprayed the front of the truck pretty well as well as the driver front tire. The wash pulled me through it pretty quickly. Once out, I turned and stopped in their lot to adjust my mirrors and do a walk around. The truck was pretty shiny and still pretty wet, so it was t easy to tell how good the wash was. I drove a mile down Broadway to get gas. While fueling, I did another walk around. The truck had dried from the short drive. I noticed my tires were still really dirty, as were my rims and the top of my back bumper. The driver front tire that the attendant had sprayed prior to washing was pretty good. I feel it would have been best for the attendant to pretreat all 4 sides and wheels/tires to assure a great outcome.
