After a blizzard dumped a ton of snow on my poor Texas car, leaving it cold and sad and wheels filled with ice creating an imbalance, I decided to get it washed hoping the warm water would melt the snow and ice covering my car like a tight glove. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a very professional young man and the window. He pointed out my options, I selected one and headed through. A second man guided me into the rail which pulls your car along the wash. After the first wash didn't do the job, I pulled around and I was graciously allowed to go through a second time. After the second time didn't do the job, I pulled and poked the remaining snow and ice off the car and drove around for a third pass, which I was allowed to do, free of charge. The third time didn't the trick. Although I didn't take off a star for the wash not doing a superb job, I felt at best that would be just a half star off. The saving grace was the staff being very friendly and helpful (allowing a few extra passes). Customer service is very important to me and the Ship Shape Car Wash had that in spades! One note for the owners (if they review these comments) is to perhaps turn up the pressure or water temp? Overall, a very pleasant experience! read more

There are two options, soft touch and touch free. Touch free does not clean. So much so that I can still see dirt on my windshield through the wiper print. On the other hand the "soft touch" leaves terrible scratches. One is almost the entire length of my vehicle...but they claim they can not be liable. It's lose, lose, unfortunately. read more

If you use clean and classy for car washes, be sure to check your statements. They charged me two days ago ($29 for the 2nd worst wash they offer) and another $29 again today. They also raised their prices without notifying anyone. read more

Managed to leave the car dirty and chipped after paying for their "top tier" wash. Will take your paint off but nothing else. Should have known. read more

The car wash is a little shy of being just okay. Usually have to wipe the soap off though after you leave the building. The biggest thing is however, if you buy a month pass, using your credit card, be aware, because they won't tell you that they automatically sign you up for automatic renewal. That should be illegal. I won't go back just because of this deception. read more

Waste of money. Got my van cleaned after a trip and their wash missed huge areas of dirt. Sunscreen from hands was not washed off. Better off with my hose and a bucket. read more

I signed up for the monthly pass last fall and loved the quick access each time I went to get my truck washed. Never a line or wait which is a huge bonus. The big issue is my new truck has scratches all over it from the overly aggressive wash. My bumpers look like someone took a piece of sandpaper to them. I cancelled my monthly pass and submitted an incident stating the damage that was done. I was told I would get a call from the manager and never did. Going to a body shop to get the finish repaired, very disappointed!! read more

The cost is minimal for such great service. I pay roughly $60 for a monthly membership for unlimited washes and vaccum service. They clean the glass, dash, vaccum and give it a wash. If you own a car, you need get a membership here. Staff is friendly and work hard on you vehicle. Recommended. read more
