The frames around the windows and screen were not cleaned. I talked with Shane and sent him pictures. He said the quote was not for tracks and the screens were 100 percent taken out. He sent his partner to check it out. As I showed him and explained he kept saying I'm sorry you went through this. He also said some of the screens may have been too brittle to "go through are screen washing". Once again I came back later to find very little done. He also left a window open allowing my cold a/c air to escape all day. I have never had a window washing company do such a poor job. Feel like I have been scammed. Beware!
