With the car, it's like he turned back time to when it was brand new, and the house looks like it has just been painted instead of just cleaned. His pricing was beyond reasonable (even when you figure in the credit card surcharge) and he shows up when he says he will, complete with automated appointment reminders. The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship.
