After this was done the shower started leaking as the door was adjusted with a much bigger gap than previously. I was charged $262.50 for this service call. I then called and emailed several times, with pictures and videos, explaining how water was leaking all over my floor during showers and to please send an installer back to correct the gap width. It took several weeks for someone to respond but finally someone came back to correct the problem. Instead of readjusting the door, he installed a cheap piece of plastic to deflect the water. After the second visit I was sent another invoice for almost $200. When I called to ask why I was charged again to pay for a service I never received the first time the project manager, Nick Thalari, was extremely rude on the phone, hung up on me then proceeded to send me several additional rude text messages, laughed/mocking that "I had too much time on my hands" Dealing with Delta Glass was unpleasant, frustrating and a complete waste of time and money to say the least. I will try to post some photos of the elegant lightweight shelf that seems to float on the wall - so extraordinarily lovely!
