Sol and Frazer replaced the glass in our exterior french doors. The glass they installed had waves…read morein it and there was dirt between the layers of glass (thereby making it impossible to clean them). They replaced the glass for us with thicker glass (4 mm instead of 3 mm) which slightly improved the waviness. They forgot (or weren't listening) about the dirt between the glass and the replacement again had dirt between the layers of glass. They many times said they would fix the problem and finally after many months promised to refund the cost. After many more months of waiting, they still haven't refunded the cost. We will have another company replace the glass for us.

After this was done the shower started leaking as the door was adjusted with a much bigger gap than previously. I was charged $262.50 for this service call. I then called and emailed several times, with pictures and videos, explaining how water was leaking all over my floor during showers and to please send an installer back to correct the gap width. It took several weeks for someone to respond but finally someone came back to correct the problem. Instead of readjusting the door, he installed a cheap piece of plastic to deflect the water. After the second visit I was sent another invoice for almost $200. When I called to ask why I was charged again to pay for a service I never received the first time the project manager, Nick Thalari, was extremely rude on the phone, hung up on me then proceeded to send me several additional rude text messages, laughed/mocking that "I had too much time on my hands" Dealing with Delta Glass was unpleasant, frustrating and a complete waste of time and money to say the least. My home is like 20 years old and has now defunct Cascade Windows in it. These are wind-out windows…read morethat have a latch lock. Great windows but if the lock mechanism breaks its pretty much impossible to open or repair. After watching a few poor YouTube how to videos spent several hours attempting to open. There was no access to the locking mechanism. Eventually spoke to the local window company. They eventually came out and only offered to replace it for $850 plus remove siding around my window frame. What I needed was a retired type window person who has experience with this brand. So back for a google search and then stumbled upon these folks. Lots of experience, knew where to get parts as well as someone who had experience. They came out once couldn't get it open, came back a week later with parts, eventually opened the window and repaired the locking mechanism. Woohoo!!! Ran a little late but Highly recommend these salt of the earth couple.

White Rock Glass replaced a window in the driver side of my 2007 Yaris for $550. I noticed when I…read morepicked it up that the window was sticking and told the technician. I was told "it takes time to adjust." Two days later the window was still sticking and I phoned White Rock Glass and again, was told, "It takes time to adjust." I told them I was moving to Toronto and needed it installed properly. They said "It takes time." Driving across Canada was a pain as the window was sticking. When I arrived in Toronto I had to pay $60 to Toyota Dealership to examine the window. I was told that the window was poorly and incorrectly installed and as a result the bracket was broken. It would cost me $550 to properly repair the window. I phoned White Rock Glass. White Rock Glass has a written Guarantee that states "the window is good for the time you own the vehicle." I told them that Toyota indicated that the window was poorly and incorrectly installed, which resulted in the bracket breaking completely and necessitating a whole new install. White Rock Glass said it was my fault. I should have come for it to be adjusted. Toyota said that adjustments would not have made any difference at all, that White Rock Glass installed it incorrectly; it should NEVER have stuck in the first place. White Rock Glass just refuses to respond. I warn everyone ... DO NOT USE WHITE ROCK GLASS, they do not know how to install car windows, and they do not stand by their Guarantees.
