**Unfriendly Service** **Rude Project Manager - Nick Thalari** **Charged twice for service they failed to deliver the first time** ***I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience warrants NO STARS*** I had Delta Glass in Surrey come to my home to do a shower door adjustment as the glass door had shifted and no longer closed properly. After this was done the shower started leaking as the door was adjusted with a much bigger gap than previously. I was charged $262.50 for this service call. I then called and emailed several times, with pictures and videos, explaining how water was leaking all over my floor during showers and to please send an installer back to correct the gap width. It took several weeks for someone to respond but finally someone came back to correct the problem. Instead of readjusting the door, he installed a cheap piece of plastic to deflect the water. After the second visit I was sent another invoice for almost $200. When I called to ask why I was charged again to pay for a service I never received the first time the project manager, Nick Thalari, was extremely rude on the phone, hung up on me then proceeded to send me several additional rude text messages, laughed/mocking that "I had too much time on my hands" Dealing with Delta Glass was unpleasant, frustrating and a complete waste of time and money to say the least. My bathroom designer picked Delta Glass for my shower door because of her past experience with this company, which had been positive. Mike came over to take measurements and provide a quote, the shower door was ordered, and then there was a 6-week wait for installation. The result was worth the wait! Elder and Jason were the installers. They arrived punctually and installed my shower door within an hour. They did a superb job with great attention to detail. I am glad I opted for starfire premium glass. The hardware is also beautiful. I am attaching a photograph, but of course there is not much to see because .... well, glass is invisible! I am thrilled with my shower, especially now that I have this magnificent door that opens in both directions. I too cant give a low enough star rating We had an accident and required the 24hr emergency service which cost $400 On the way to our home the piece of glass to be installed broke on the truck, so the installer taped it to our broken window and would return the following day to put in a new window When i asked about a partial refund on the emergency service i was laughed at and the guy on the other end tryed to convince me that they had done me a favor, i was told that the $400 was a discounted call out fee and that i was paying for someone to come out and "ATTEMPT" a repair. I found their website and where it says that the 24 emergency service for repair and replacement guarentees my satisfaction He then proceeded to tell me that they "REPAIRED" my window Skip ahead to the following evening, i return home from work to find that the piece of glass that had been installed while my gf was home was not one of the 3 more decorative pieces i had chosen from I can only assume it was a cheap substitute to mitigate the loss of the original piece that was broken As in previous reviews i had prepaid for the service and will not be receiving a refund Please go anywhere else for your glass needs and avoid the emergency service as best as possible read more

Very disappointed with our whole experience. We went with Delta glass (bigger company...more expensive than competitors) so we wouldn't run into problems. Unfortunately thats exactly what happened. MAJOR delays, little to no communication, and awful customer service from start to finish. Rav the owner, does NOT follow and has made excuses every time I have called and tried to talk to him. He does not care about our business, and does not care that we had a negative experience with his company. The people answering the phones are rude and quick to dismiss you. I will never be using this company again for our new renos and builds, and definitely will not be recommending them to anyone. Currently speaking with VISA about payments and this company. If I could give Delta 10 stars I would. We recently had a frame-less glass shower door installed while renovating one of our bathrooms. We could not be happier with the service and product we received. Our Installer Mike was awesome! He showed up exactly when Delta said he would. It was a tricky install but he did a perfect job. The cutters are dumber than dirt. They cut the door taller than the wall panel. Now height of the door will be taller than the wall panel. Instead of a nice straight line it will look like a bag of shit. The door actually needs to be smaller, because I can't have it sit tight to the tile like the wall panel. We called these guys to come in and measure our shower doors and mirrors. They had an estimator here within 3 days, and sent Mike to do the install after providing 1 week turn around for everything. Stay away from this company if you are doing a renovation. The product is good but the installers are not professional and they have no pride in the work they do. We paid ($50.00) to have a laser measure done and they still cut the glass incorrectly and even though the installers knew the glass was not cut correctly they installed the product ruining our bathroom renovation. The manager was useless, he took no responsibility for the very poor job they did for us. Product is way over priced and there were many delays as parts were not in stock and we had to wait yet again. Placing glass shower doors in our bathroom took more than 2 months from first measure to completion. We have never been so dissappointed in a company and its staff. read more

Then the mirror had a defect when it was delivered, which made it look like there was a crack in the mirror. I had a horrible experience with this company. I called in the middle of the night due to a break in and needed help.The operational manager was extremely unprofessional and rude through the whole process. He got my credit card through the phone (which I should have NOT provided to him but I didnt think straight at that time)saying that he needed to use it as a record. He didn't provide any quote for the service prior arriving. They arrive to the scene with only tools to remove broken glass and a piece of wood panel to cover up the broken window. But he insisted that I have to pay for the glass to be fully repaired once they can get a glass customized for me which I had refused the service. He said he would still charge me the $800 even though if I don't want the glass to be repaired which I said I would not pay for the glass to be repaired. He then changed his word and said it would cost me $800 for the glass removal services only and he said there would be no additional charges. After the glass was repaired, nobody could provide my any type of invoice immediately and I realized that my credit card was charged close to $950 the next day before I have any invoices sent to me. Left a small double paned window that had condensation inside; thought the girl was a bit short and rude. I also asked to have the handle replaced and she wrote that on her copy of the invoice. Picked the window up after calling them and waiting two weeks. No new handle. I asked her where the handle was and she said they didn't have any. I pointed out that they had a wall full of handles and other parts. She lied and said they must have just come in. (They were there when I dropped off the window) Male appeared and went upstairs to find one, but didn't have one and suggested go to Hi Tech down the driveway. Did so, no luck. Turned window over, one of the plastic edges was broken and loose. Back to clerk and asked to speak to manager, she said "which one?". I wish it were possible to give less than a star. On July 24th, I ordered a glass shelf and was told it would take about a week, and I needed to prepay at least 50% immediately. When taking the payment, she asked if I wanted to pay full amount and since I knew I'd be getting the shelf regardless, I said sure. More than a week later, I'd heard nothing so I called to follow up. I was told my work order was in the back and would be done the following day. 1 more week and still no call so I once again follow up. I'm told this time that it should be done in a day or so. I point out its now been 2 weeks, and I need the shelf by the weekend which is 3 days away, and if it's not done by friday, I'm going to have to ask for a refund. Today, I drop by the store to pick up the shelf and am told it's still not ready and probably won't be til Monday. I tell her that's not acceptable, so she goes to the back, finds the shelf has been cut but not polished. She claims the polishepolisher was broken and they've been playing catch up ever since. She then calls the GM and I can here her telling them that she asked 2 separate workers to polish it and both refused and she didn't want to yell at them. When she hangs up she reiterates that the work can't be done til Monday, what would I like to do. I took the refund but she had the poor service to tell me the contract even states jobs can take 7 to 10 days...today we were at day 17 or 18!?
