A very disturbing time with Lion's Gate…read more I refused to pay the "bill" from James at Lion's Gate Glass & Screen because I purchased glass from and had it installed by a reputable company that provided a quote at half the cost of Lion's Gate's general estimate. The glass was for my home and has nothing to do with Counterspil Research Inc., my company which has operated since 1986. No written nor detailed verbal quote nor glass nor a bill were provided by James. Neither myself, my wife nor my contractor approved anything from Lion's Gate. James proceeded to harass myself, my contractor and the company that installed the glass. I paid my contractor in full immediately upon completion of his excellent work and we remain the best of friends. James Reber accused me of being dishonest and not paying my bills in a review of my company. His aggressive behaviour frightened me.
