I waited 2 weeks and then called and reminded them we had not received the estimate yet. We received it about a week later. I called them and said we would go ahead with the deck and were told the owner would have to come by to verify the work....so we waited about another 2 weeks and I called them back yet again. I was told the owner would call us soon to set up. We waited another week and then my husband called, angry by this time, and they apologized and said he would call us soon. That was Thursday and he finally texted me on the following Tuesday and set up to come and measure and look at the deck for the following Saturday June 23rd. He (the owner Paul) told me I would have the new estimate by Tuesday morning which would have been the 26th. I have never heard from him again. It is now the middle of July, at least 2 months since i first contacted them and I have nothing done, not even a proper estimate. If you are looking for a reliable company to give your hard earned money to go somewhere else. We have wasted our time and half of our summer on this company

After contacting the owner, he was very apologetic and told us to return them so they could be replaced. The second set was flawless and they fit perfectly into the coffee table.
