When he arrived on time that morning he and assistant started work right away. They made sure that he did what he said and more. When he was not satisfied with something he redid it. He ended up staying longer than he expected because he wanted to be satisfied with his work and to make sure I was satisfied as well. Very thorough. My house had not been power washed in years and there was such a pleasing difference after Mr. Michael finished. I couldn't believe the big difference in the look of before and after of my home. After meeting Miguel to look at the space, I felt confident the job was going to be done well and with great care and efficiency. While other companies will give you an arrival window and keep you waiting, Miguel and his team arrive precisely when you planned and get straight to work. They are efficient, and do a truly beautiful job. I am also a first time homeowner and haven't gotten a room painted before, and Miguel provided great insight on all my questions about what paint/finish to buy and how to prepare for the job. He is also a lovely human being who makes you feel at ease from the second you meet him. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience. I will 100% be using them again and have already recommended them to friends. AND I am absolutely in love with my new room!
