When he arrived on time that morning he and assistant started work right away. They made sure that he did what he said and more. When he was not satisfied with something he redid it. He ended up staying longer than he expected because he wanted to be satisfied with his work and to make sure I was satisfied as well. Very thorough. My house had not been power washed in years and there was such a pleasing difference after Mr. Michael finished. I couldn't believe the big difference in the look of before and after of my home. I hired this pressure washing company to clean my driveway and siding, and I was disappointed with…read morethe results. Several areas were missed, and there were visible streaks left behind after the job was completed. Communication was also poor -- I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response. The appointment started late, and they seemed rushed throughout the process. I expected better attention to detail for the price charged. When I brought up my concerns, the resolution offered did not fully address the issues. Unfortunately, I would not use this company again based on my experience.
