They aren't thorough, they don't make note of the important things you tell them (regardless of how many times you've said it), the main office is disrespectful, and inconsistent. Upon our initial meeting I told the representative, who is also the owner of the business, that our shower door was broken and that we work from home so consistency is important for us so we know when we need to leave the house. After our first cleaning, we noticed that the cleaners had moved the shower door. We were able to fix it. We stayed for the beginning of the second cleaning and let the cleaners know that the shower door was broken so they shouldn't try and move it. Since it was the same girls, and they work for the main office. I thought that was sufficient. The first two cleanings started around 8AM which was perfect for us. Then they started getting later. As I said we work from home, so when we leave the house for 3 hours and come back and they haven't been there yet it's extremely frustrating. For the next two cleanings we had to stay in the home during the cleaning which was inconvenient for everyone involved. It did allow me two more options of letting them know the shower door was broken and not to move it. Furthermore, my house wasn't even clean! The round specifically included baseboards and mine were still disgusting after they left (see pictures included). I called to make note and nothing was offered, not a re-clean, not sending someone back out, NOTHING. The final cleaning was the last straw. My shower door was completely shattered by the cleaning staff. SHATTERED. The girls called the main office and instead of the main office calling me to make sure everything was ok, I had to call them. Furthermore, there was absolutely no responsibility taken. They didn't have the "note" in their system. Convenient. Fast forward $1,200 later, we leave the house closer to the middle of the day, from 11-1PM and again no one shows up. I call the see what time they're expected and they say closer to 2PM. I express that we work from home and our main goal was consistency. Again, they didn't have that "note" in their system. I asked that after this clean, we be taken off the rotation. The receptionist said that would be fine. Fast forward to 3PM, no one has showed up to our home and we have removed ourselves from the house for another 2 hours. I go into my account and they have CANCELLED my service. No call, nothing. Cancelled without saying a damn thing. I am a real estate agent, I have referred them MULTIPLE vacant cleanings to get homes ready for the market, and they don't even have the decency to tell me they've cancelled my cleaning.

She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.
