Desoto Full Service Car Wash…read more I was so impressed with the detail service of my first vehicle here, I returned this month with my second vehicle. I paid $70 for my car and $150 for my SUV. This car is shining like a new penny. There was a spill in the back from a Sonic fresh fruit slush; and it had been back there for a while . Carpets shampooed and look like new. The leather seats have been conditioned and you can certainly tell. This place will be my go to for detail services going forward. Ask for Corwin!

AND DONT SEND ME THAT SAME AS LAME RESPONSE YOUR SENDING ON EVERY REVIEW BECAUSE IT SENSLESS AND A COPEOUT!!!! At this point this company has the worst communication. Poor as business at this point. Now the workers are great at this location its the people in the office that have lack of compassion for their customers. These guys are great! Professional service at a reasonable price. I made an appointment the day…read morebefore and they gave me a window of time that they would be arriving. Their professional service truck pulled up and they went to work. Their glass is top notch quality, and the installer asked for my rearview mirror, to install for me. I usually had to do that myself with others. After he was done, he gave me care instructions on when I could go through the carwash, and I couldn't believe my 20 year old truck looked new again with the new windshield! If you are looking, these are your guys! They are now my go to for life!

Good Afternoon,…read more THIS IS A MUST READ. I would like to inform the public that I was very dissatisfied with this company, it's service, and the way they conduct business. In our initial conversations, I asked the owner about the quality of the windshield, and in addition how payment is expected regarding payment for the service. In addition, I asked him about the payment processm and if he had a " tap to pay" process and He " J" said "Yes". I had taken off work to get my windshield replaced, because the car could not pass inspection without my windshield being fixed due to visibility issues. They were 3 HOURS late in their arrival. They were not proactive in stating that they were going to be late. I had to initiate any communication regarding their lateness. I told him that they should give me a discount for being late. He agreed, but "of course" in the end he did not "follow up" with the discount agreement. They "finally" arrived, and completed the service. This next part is very important... The owner, J, SAID he would send a link to my phone for payment. He NEVER sent the link, BUT WHAT HE DID DO was send 2 police officers to my house the SAME DAY to collect payment. When the TWO police officers arrived, and I answered the door, they asked me to identify my vehicle. I identified my vehicle. J, the owner, was standing a few feet away as if HE was SCARED or something. One of the police officers asked him to send the link AGAIN to my phone while he was standing there. Supposedly, J, the owner sent the link and AGAIN, the link NEVER came. Mind you, the police officer witnessed ALL OF THIS, and saw that the link was NEVER sent to my phone to make payment. At that point, the police officers asked for my email address. In spite of my hesitance, I did. The officer asked the owner to send the link to my email address in which he did. The link "finally" came to my email address, and the payment was made right then and there. Ultimately, "True" companies CAN OBTAIN payment, without getting the police involved, and trying to SET THINGS UP to cause harm to their customers. Also, there are multiple ways to send a link, and this should have been done in the ONSET of conducting business. This process should not be the "task" of the customer. Also, as you can see in the other threads "being late" a pervasive problem with this company because they "overbook" service. Please be aware that there are other companies who will provide you with the same service with a decent price, and utilize their payment service in a "user-friendly" way. It seems as though, they are "looking" to cause a problem with the customers. I would advise people to not use this company. My mistake was "taking a chance" on this one.
