Otis did an outstanding job on my vehicle! A little back story of what happened... I left my sunroof open all night..the same night we had a flood rain in my area. I woke up to my car full of water, water in my cup holders, puddles under the floor mats..seats, soaking wet and also the car headlines were soaked! Otis went in and took up my carpet in the vehicle and completely dried/removed excess water out of the car. Shampooed the floors and seats afterwards. First I would like to say that I found Otis last minute on a Sunday and called him during a cowboys game. He answered and was willing to take my car in. I told him there was a heavy pet smell because we recently purchased the vehicle and he still accepted it. Quoted at $99 for the Interior Detail package listed on his website and ended up paying $140 due to my vehicle taking more time than expected. The vehicle had alot of food and animal particles in the vehicle. He took the time to send me videos of his work and what was coming out of the carpet to justify the increase cost. I appreciated the communication and the transparency. Dropped it off at roughly 230(middle of 4th quarter) got it back at 635pm. Very nice man and loves what he does. The smell in the vehicle appears to be gone but I will wait until the vehicle dries. He is willing to provide an additional service for remove the smell from the vehicle. Smooth transition and transaction with Otis and will be back. I love supporting local business especially since I am a local business myself. Customer beware...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH OTIS! I contacted to have my vehicle full service detailed, I was quoted a price of $250 for polish and detail. I was told the inside would be free. Now Otis did tell me he needed to go out of town the next day, so I agreed to let him keep the car overnight to do what needed to be done. Instead of the next day, he called me later that night and told me I could pick up my car and it was ready. I was excited and was ready to see my bright shiny car...no no, that's not what I pulled up to. The car had smudges all over it, from whatever material he used. The windows were not cleaned, the seats were still stained with the same juice that was there before. He told me he did the inside but not the windows and kept telling me it was free, which I didn't ask for. I was willing to pay him half price for what he did do, he then drove off with my keys and would not give them to me until he had full payment. The police were called, even the cops said tje car didn't look washed! It had smears all over it and the dust was still on the outside mirrors! My Kia Soul had been totaled by the recent hail storm. To replace it, I got a 2009 Nissan vehicle that belonged to a friend of mine. The vehicle runs well, but the inside had numerous coffee stains, dog fur, and dried dog vomit that I know had been in the car for at least 7 years! The stains and fur were both in the fabric upholstery and on the dashboard, console, etc. I don't believe the car had ever been detailed. I made my appointment with Otis, and I could not believe the difference. The vehicle looked like new, and all of the stains, gunk, and dog fur were gone, and the inside was so clean and pleasant. I stayed on site while it was being detailed, and aside from being very thorough, Otis is also very personable and fun to talk to. I got my Chevy Tahoe detailed here and it looks fantastic. I've taken it to a few other places and wasn't really impressed, but after taking it to Mr. Otis, I will never go anywhere else. Best detail ever! I did not recognize my own car. Actually, this 20-year-old 4Runner is now our son's car. He complained that it smelled, looked crappy and was going to give him allergies. We took it to Otis at IWillDetail and, wow, what a difference. No more smell or dust cloud. The dash went from a sad grey to a gleaming black. Wow. I came to Otis because my SUV was in desperate need of some T&A. I came in because of a urine accident and other various spills from kids. Otis was kind enough to let me see all the gunk that came from the car. It was a terrifyingly fascinating experience. The car looks brand new there is no scent!! At the time, I didn't even realize that he did mobile detailing. BONUS! WOW. Wow, wow, wow. That is all we could say after seeing the finished job by these guys on my husband's severely (cosmetically) neglected Ford F-150. There's just no other word that really seems to fit. The backstory: my husband has had a '98 F-150 for years and years. He got it in high school and it endured all the dust, heat, and beating sun rays that West Texas has to offer. He's not a guy who is really into cars, so washing the thing (ever) was not really on his list since it's Lubbock and it gets dusty daily. This poor truck has been waxed only a few times resulting in oxidation in some areas, and as a teenage driver took the wheel, it saw more than it's fair share of drive thru posts and dumpsters in tight back alleyways. Sadness. The interior fared worse. The steering wheel took a beating from daily use and intense heat, and if you've ever had an older model car, you know the cupholders don't work well for today's soft drink cups. The F-150 has a cupholder on the middle console between the two front seats, and, if you apply the brakes, it will promptly launch your full soda or coffee to the dash or the floorboards down below. Excellent! Since DH isn't a cleaner, soda stains have sat there for years. So, you get the picture. Enter Otis. Otis worked a friggin' MIRACLE on this truck as we put it up for sale. It's virtually unrecognizable. The outside is so polished and the maroon color is vibrant again, the wheels shiny as if they were brand new. He showed DH how he could get out some of the tougher paint scuffs and oxidation spots with a special polish but we opted not to go that route since the vehicle still looks absolutely awesome considering what it's been through (and for the price we'll get for it). These guys cleaned over a decade's worth of caked-on dust and dirt from the engine (twice) and it looks incredible. They did a killer job on the interior too -- looks miles and miles better than it did pre-clean. The soda stain? Gone. Carpets and seats were also shampooed twice, the dash cleaned, and the steering wheel looks crazy good. I just don't know what else to say except that these guys are miracle workers. They do a ridiculously awesome job. Period. My husband commented several times how nice and genuine Otis was and how he just seemed to enjoy doing what he does. He even offered to give us a discount when we opted not to use the special polish since he then couldn't apply wax to the corroded areas, which means not only do these guys do a great job, but they are also very fair and honest. Otis did an amazing job on my Nissan Altima! He truly cares about customer service and made my car look amazing and ready for sale. I got the $129 "Ready to Sell" package and this guy truly delivers. The exterior was hand-washed and waxed and the red paint shone like the day I got it. He took the time to do extra work to get the stains out of my carpet and suck this juice-like material out of the driver-side door/floor (don't know how that got there!). He cleaned the inside rims of my tires and really did make my car look show quality. Because there was so much work to be done, it took longer than the regular 2-hours that it normally takes, but Otis kept me updated. Can't say enough about what a wonderful job Otis did. My truck was very dirty on the inside and out prior to getting it detailed. I brought it in because the seats were stained and paint had accidentally got on the exterior along with not smelling the best. Iwilldetail was able to get it cleaned like the day I bought it off the lot and was able to get the new car smell applied as well. I see three missed spots: one on a sideview mirror, the one on the rear glass under the spoiler, and a not-very-noticeable leftover from *my* finger smudge he graciously cleaned off my HUD. This is a really easy review to write... I found Otis online, and he is an amazing man!! I brought our 2003, showing its age inside and out. Under the hood was completely covered with dirt and grime. Did a really thorough job of cleaning, buffing, claying, and waxing the exterior, treating all the rubber gaskets, then getting inside, removing dog and smoking smell and cleaning and conditioning the dash, instrument cluster, center console, and doors. I have a 2009 car that I have NOT taken care of - this poor thing has endured 4 years of college, 2 cross country moves, 1 year total of storage in a shed and under a tree, and just plain neglect. My husband got a new car and I was feeling a little jealous at how clean it was inside and how nice it smelled. He suggested I get a good detail and found Otis at I Will Detail and asked for the "Ready for Sale" package, which cost around $160. You guys. My car looks AWESOME. Otis got the stains out of the seats, got a scuff off the bumper from an accident, cleaned the entire engine bay, got the matted hair off the carpets, and all the leaves and debris from the trunk rim, the center console is spotless, and the cupholders are actually clean for the first time since 2009. It smells good. It's shiny. The plastic parts on the outside are black again instead of weathered grey and ugly. The tires and rims are clean and pristine. I will be back!! Otis broke my suv back seat. Now it won't lay down. He added insult to injury by saying "this why I don't fool with black people they always pull stuff like this". Mind you I've been to him before no problems, I left my car with all parts functioning as they should. I don't let my seat down often, took two days to realize they broke it. He tried to apologize for his black comment saying he gave me a discount he charge whites 3x as much. I paid what they website said. Speaking of payments he charged my credit card seven dollars more without telling me then said if I pay cash it's regular price. He refunded my card and I paid cash..now I have no repercussions for my damaged seat. He tried to make me pay more but I had to remind him of my previous price. In addition his son didn't detail my car. I brought it to his attention when I was there, he said I have to wait to have it done cause another car came in. Never mind I was there. I trusted him with my suv..he/his son broke the spring that allows my seat to fold down, he insulted me with that's why he don't do business with many blacks cause we always "do this" as if it's my fault they broke my seat, then didn't complete my detail. He claim he would but I no longer trust his company. I get mad every time I think about a waste of $150, the insult instead of apology, and now hundreds to get my seat fixed. I won't do business with him anymore. One bad response caused it all. After multiple cars and few years this relationship is over. He could have apologized not charged the current fee and been sincere I would have forgiven him but nope..."I'm a black person pulling this". I'll take my car where it's handled with car and my money where it's appreciated. Long live Otis and Iwilldetail! Now he lied and tried to defame my character. He even offered to "help cover the cost" to have my car repaired. He didn't want my husband involved. He said now don't tell him what I said y'all are great people. He's a fraud avoid him..no integrity!! There is no friend, there is no 50$ discount, only a bonafide liar and crook. He changed from his business address to his house address to justify inviting me to his house to see what he already knew, his sorry son broke my seat. His recording means nothing. He claim manufactured defect, but it worked just fine before they got it. He will surely pay for this and the lies he's claiming. Every time he has a complaint he lies and spread lies. Look pass his stars and see how he responds. I thought well not me I bring him good business between my three cars.... nope! He did it to me and others and he will do it to you! Be warned! He's a rip off and blames his wife. I have text messages and will post. What kind of man puts his wife on blast?? He's a piece of work!! It's no manufacturer defect. He broke it and tried to fix it. A two hour detailed turned into four because they scrambled to fix my seat, but never did. Didn't even fully detail it. He has no morals or character and I bet he came up with this response on defender.com. He will be more affected than I will... ask who has a reason to lie.. me or the one who broke a customer seat.
