I tried to be a cheapo and skip out on the bag for the balloons but as soon as I walked outside all 32 inflated b's started losing their mind so I went back in the store, bought the bags but now the strings were a hot mess. They were so entangled I felt so bad. But balloon master, Ariana, was so patient and sweet, untangled them one by one and placed them in the bags for me. I am just honestly so impressed at how professional she and all the girls were. Could've easily been rude to me, so thank you so much for taking care of me.

This is definitely the better Party City in El Paso. Sad for me because I live on the westside and…read morethis is on the east side but that's ok! lol So on this day I needed a Trunk or Treat kit because my niece was having an event at her school. This being so last minute, I was freaking out on how to decorate my car and then I found out PC has kits! WHAT A LIFE SAVER! It came with so many items that made my car look so cute! Everything was well organized in the store, making the kit easy to find when I walked in. I only had one problem that led to a big problem at the other Party City and that was that I didn't receive my receipt because the receipt was printed out and it was misprinted. I paid $20 in cash and $12 on a card and when I paid on the card, it printed out saying that I was owed changed. They said I couldn't take the receipt due to the error and thought nothing of it until I tried to get the balloons from the kit blown up at the other PC 2 days later. Other than that, this location is definitely the best stocked and the location with the more polite employees who are willing to help

This last experience I had was absolutely HORRIBLE and it definitely made me rethink coming to this…read morelocation and just make the 30 minute drive to the one on Joe Battle. So I called this location and asked them, if I purchased the trunk or treat set from the Joe Battle location (since they were sold out) could I bring it in 3 days later to this location to be filled up. They said yes and that it was be free since it came with the set. So I bought the set and 2 days later went over to get them blown up. When i arrived I game them the box and pulled out the balloons. They asked for a receipt (I had asked if I would need a receipt on the phone and they said no due to them knowing it's their set as they are the ones who made the kit) and I explained that 1) they told me I didn't need it 2) I don't have one and never got one due to it being misprinted at the other location. The girl said it was ok and she was about to blow up my balloons until the manager grabbed the balloons and said the balloons weren't from PC and I told them yes they were and he began arguing with me until I told him they were from the Trunk or Treat kit THAT THEIR COMPANY MADE!!!!!!! They did end up blowing up the balloons but with how rude the manager was and wanted to charge me $36 to blow them up when it was included in the price of the kit definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

This store currently has a three-star rating and I disagree with it. The service at this location…read morehas always been very good. I usually come in to get balloons and other accessories I may need for a special occasion. Today I got a balloon bouquet for a graduation party, a cute graduation photo frame, a gift bag and even graduation tissue paper for less than $20. I thought that was a pretty good price for all of it. The bouquet also included a little gift bag and I included some candy in it. They have all kinds of candy that's 10 for $1. There's party favors for just about any special occasion you can think of. They also have a lot of Halloween costumes when that time rolls around. The other day I came in to have some balloons blown up for my son's first communion family get together. Let's say you see some mylar balloons you like but don't need them inflated that day. If you buy them and keep the receipt, you can show them that receipt and they won't charge you the dollar and change to inflate them on the day you need them. It's $1 and change per balloon you inflate. I think that's pretty neat that they don't charge again if you have the receipt. They have SO many balloons, both mylar and regular ones. I've really come to love Party City. Some of the stuff is overpriced but a lot of it isn't. Also, if you wait in the store for the balloons they inflate them quickly. I know I'll be back for the next special occasion. I'm not sure what it is yet.

I'm surprised this Party City location hasn't been reviewed yet! Strange! Anyway...I had a great…read moreexperience here the other day. I didn't get the employee's name but she was definitely on her A-game. She was helpful and got things done quickly. On top of that, she was really friendly and outgoing. I think she was the only one working, too! Give this young lady a raise! I didn't see any other employees. I went because I needed to have some balloons inflated and candy. They charge a dollar something for balloons to be inflated...a dollar and change for each balloon. I added some stuff onto the balloons so that they last longer. I forgot what it's called but the employee knew exactly what I was talking about. It's .20 a balloon to do this. The latex balloons are a dollar and change each. The mylar balloons cost more. You can also take your own and they'll just charge you to inflate them. They charge you for a large bag for them. Take your own garbage bag if you'd like. :) I had my own bag but this employee gave me one and didn't charge me! The bags are around $1.50 each. I also bought some candy and a little bucket to put them in. A lot of the candy here is 10 for $1. Overall, I had a great experience. I usually go to the one on Sunland Park. They're always nice and helpful there too. This will be my go-to spot if I'm on the other side of town. I've also been to the one on Joe Battle. I prefer the two I mentioned because the staff is more friendly and helpful. The Joe Battle location is a lot further for me, too.

The second batch of balloons that arrived didn't float. Paid over 100 dollars for all my stuff and had to have family scramble around to other balloon stores for last minute decoration options. The store then asked me to bring them back for a refund before the surprise party.. really??
