The scissors were OK, although there's a dead spot where they won't cut thread, but the knife was just awful. It had metal shaving dust on the blade, and there were small chips in the edge (this is after the sharpening). The knife wouldn't cut a ripe tomato cleanly and the angle was not consistent along the edge. I won't be using their services anymore.
