They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to know if I was approved. After 3 days of not hearing back, I called them and they brushed me off saying they had not heard back. I tried again in five days with the same result. After more than a week there was no word, so I called them a third time. Their response, "Oh, you were not approved." So I asked why didn't you call me? "Oh, we just heard." What a bunch of BS. I told these people that I had recently moved to the area and they were recommended by someone. I also told them that I was in pain and needed to see someone. They did not care in the least! They never offered that I could pay cash for my first visit while they run my insurance. They just hung up. I have never been treated this way by a medical office. Luckily, I found another provider and my insurance was approved within the hour.

I live just outside of San Francisco and threw my back out just before leaving on a trip to Wisconsin. After four days in Nashotah I was a mess - Major Pain in my neck, right shoulder and lower right side. I didn't have the time to find a chiropractor before leaving Wisconsin and heading for some high times with the swells in East Hampton, New York. When I arrived in the Hamptons, I knew I needed help - and fast. I checked Yelp and noticed there weren't any reviews to guide my selection. I asked our hostess if she had any suggestions, and she called a friend who swore by Dr. Fred Soroka. I called Dr. Soroka, and he agreed to remain after hours and see me that day. OK Yelpers, you know the difference between the good chiropractors and the "wanna-bes" The moment "Dr. Fred" put his hands on me, I knew he had the gift. He quickly discovered that one leg was shorter than the other and went to work to adjust my hips and straighten my back (which had compensated for the hip displacement).
