I am exceedingly grateful for her guidance and exceptionally wise counsel. I have trained with Cynthia for 1-2 months, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her combination of energy, strength, and wisdom make her ideally suited for her role as a Counselor and Hypnotherapist. She takes the time to really get to know her clients- their needs, background, and goals - and uses this to develop a customized plan for optimal performance. Cynthia has helped me resolve long-term issues related to smoking and my overall stress, and has taught me how to prevent problems before they start. As a result of training with Cynthia, I have also seen dramatic improvements in my inner world; which had deteriorated over the years due to poor habits and the unwillingness to work. And not only have I experienced great results, but Cynthia is a pleasure to work with and makes the training experience thoroughly enjoyable. Working with Cynthia has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself, and has resulted in my feeling stronger and healthier than I ever have in my life. She is a remarkable person.

I hated having to be a slave to counting calories and I found that I had a negative voice in my head telling me it was too difficult to run and I quit a lot. I explained everything I wanted- that I needed help with portion control and making healthier food choices and that I wanted to stay motivated with my running and to stay positive, even through the setbacks that happen with running. It's like the saying, "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." He helped me to think I can be a solid runner. And now I am. And I have slowly been losing those 20 pounds I tried to lose before meeting with him. This is huge considering I am in peri-menopause and losing weight has been difficult thanks to my hormones. I am very happy.
