Vanessa is the owner and she is awesome as well as her staff. The Colenz - Highly recommended that you take the fiber, or even the clay they have for purchase it's make the process smooth and less cramping depending on much much build up you have in your colon. Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga. I recommend doing a class of hot yoga and getting cleansed after. You will feel amazing and a lot of toxins will go out. They have 2 other locations which are in Garden City, and now NJ. Not only do they offer the Colenz, but they have the Fitwrap- it makes you sweat and lose inches The Footbath- it lets you know what toxins are in your body The Suna, and also ear candling which was a very interesting experience and a few more services that I haven't tried yet. Customer service is always great at all locations and most importantly it CLEAN AND SMELLS amazing. I'm so comfortable here and I love how this location welcomes me with open arms.

While some may casually mention being willing to travel far for services, this center truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being over 60 miles from East Hampton, where I was vacationing for two months, I needed a colonic after finding them on Google. At the time, they were offering an incredible deal for a package of 3. I knew I had to purchase plus add an extra session to the initial package. I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Despite initial nervousness about trying an open system without assistance from a Hydro therapist providing a body massage, I was surprised by the effectiveness of their machine and their "Detox Clay." I purchased a second package of 3, totaling 4 sessions and 3 bottles of the "detox clay" and a bottle of body oil on my last session. I will continue supporting this business. Thank you!

He has an amazing gym area along with a spot for sauna treatments and also a float tank. For the movement session, Dan worked with me with where I was at (which was hardly working out at all LOL.) He worked with my body really well to make sure that I was doing activities that were fit for my level of fitness. The activists that he chose were we engaging and helped me to have fun while working out. He was also really knowledgeable about what different parts of my body he was working out and educated me on which muscles I was using and why I was feeling certain ways. My session with Dan really inspired me to continue to work out and find activities that suit my needs. I definitely recommend him for anyone at any level of fitness, or if you want a float or sauna session as well. What he offers here truly embodies a wide-array of holistic therapy.

It's a body scrub where you are completely unclothed and a woman with two minutes rubs your body and dead skin flies off. At the end, you were rubbed down in oil. I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna. Next you go into the room face up, and the scrubbing starts. Well, it is not as relaxing as a massage, by any means There is much satisfaction in the results. I left with glowy soft skin feeling wonderful! The spa offers an option where you can purchase a membership and the services are cheaper. I will definitely become a frequent flyer! I can't recommend this place enough!

The massage: i heard the machine from the wash area going off for 40 mins of my 60 min massage. The masseuse was pressing down on my spine it did not feel good at all. Also people kept popping in and talking while i was getting my massage. The place needs some fine tuning.

I have such a "love-hate" relationship with Spalight. When they first opened, this place was an…read moreabsolute dream--meticulously clean, welcoming, and my go-to spot to totally reset. Unfortunately, the facility has hit a bit of a decline lately. What used to be impeccably dry, clean floors are now prone to dust and hairballs, and it's gotten so wet in the wet sauna areas that they've just started putting out "caution" signs instead of actually keeping it dry. I've seen quite a few people slip. Even the "unlimited" towel perk has been downgraded to a strict two-towel limit, and the food portions and quality have shrunk exponentially compared to the cost they charge it at. That being said, there is one major saving grace: the Korean auntie who does the body scrubs. She is an absolute legend and deserves a massive raise for everything she puts up with! She's the main reason the experience still feels somewhat authentic and worth driving to. The rooms are also on the smaller side, so if you go during peak hours, it's definitely more "crowded" than "calm." Honestly, the only reason I still make the trip is that it's the only K-spa within a reasonable driving distance from Boston. If there were more local options, I'd probably skip the decline here and head straight to NJ or NYC for a higher-quality experience. It's still a decent option if you're desperate for a scrub and a soak without the four-hour drive, but I really miss the high standards they had at the beginning.

Walking inside you can feel the zen-like calm and healing spirit, plus it smells like eucalyptus. I like the 30-minute session, or you can opt for 45 minutes. The sauna warms you to the bone. And it's hot. Feels great on a cold, windy day. Usually the sauna is about 140 degrees but I usually go a bit lower in temp like 125-130 degrees. There's a rainbow of light colors -- my fav is green. There's a package of 3-sessions for $60 for newbies. Otherwise, the unlimited passes are the way to go. It's easy to get hooked. Parking is plentiful and there's various types of water available for sale in case you forget to bring some. Towels are also provided, but there's no showers so bring loose clothing with you so you can easily change afterwards.

It's located inside another business so I was initially confused for a bit but clear signage led me to the right place. Walked in, lady at the front desk explained the process as this was the first time. Everything was clean and bright and brought about a very welcoming feeling. Also, you need to book your appointment in advance as they don't do walk-ins. The session lasts about 30 minutes with an extra 3-4 minutes to take off clothes and get settled (they have a timer nearby). The sauna itself was not big enough to lie down on your back but it was a nice sauna with different lighting options as well as a built-in Bluetooth speaker to hook up your music if it has Bluetooth capabilities. Once the timer beeps when the 30 minutes are up, you can easily move over back to the changing room, wipe yourself down, get dressed and head out. They offer a few extras things like shower wipes, sprays, etc. that you can pay for on the way out as well. Walked out very relaxed and hoping I can squeeze in another session before I move away from the area soon! Two thumbs up!
