My clients are in the process of purchasing land on Wheeler Canyon Road, where a septic tank is…read morealready in place. As part of their due diligence, they wanted to have it inspected. However, since the property has been without a house for several years--having burned down during the Thomas Fire--we weren't sure what steps to take. To get some guidance, we reached out to Advanced Sanitation, the last septic company involved with the property. I spoke with Ana-Maria, who was incredibly professional, courteous, and highly communicative. She carefully listened to my clients' concerns, reviewed the property's file, and provided valuable insights. She noted that not only had the system passed inspection with flying colors before the fire, but it had also been pumped in the years following, without any issues, despite the absence of a home. Rather than simply scheduling an inspection, Ana-Maria asked me to send photos of the septic lids to ensure accessibility. She also consulted with the owner of the company about the situation. A few days later, she reached out with an update: the owner distinctly remembered this property. After reviewing the previous reports, he concluded that another inspection would be unnecessary and a waste of my clients' money. While he was happy to perform the inspection if requested, he explained that the findings would be identical to those from the last assessment since the system had remained unused and in good condition. I truly appreciated this honesty and their approach to client relationships--valuing long-term trust over a quick profit. This left a lasting impression on my clients, and when they eventually build their home and connect to this septic system, they will undoubtedly turn to Advanced Sanitation for their future needs. Their integrity and professionalism have proven them to be a company worth relying on.

He is incredibly reliable, honest, hardworking, and very reasonably priced. In a field where we've unfortunately dealt with plumbers who either price gouge, stop responding, or simply don't show up, he has been a breath of fresh air. Every time we've needed him, he has been responsive, professional, and dependable. What stands out the most about him is his honesty. He takes the time to explain the issue, gives fair pricing, and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. It's clear that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. Finding a contractor you can trust is not easy these days, and after working with him for years, I can confidently say he's earned our business for life. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, dependable, fair, and trustworthy, I highly recommend him.

Not only is Jeremy respectful of cabinets & fixtures, Jeremy was willing to work with my repair man & even cleans up after himself. Jeremy's cost was in line with the other estimates I received, even $1,000 lower than my original choice; including new pipes (instead of an epoxy sleeve/liner) & a garbage disposal.

I called Jerry Rous Plumbing based on a word of mouth recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. Even though it was late at night, Jerry called me back right away (I didn't expect to hear from him till the morning) and gave me advice on a temporary fix to get my family through the night. He came out first thing next morning and inspected my line, then showed me exactly where the problem was. He even showed me on the camera monitor what was causing it and gave me several repair options, both temporary and permanent, and even diy options if I wanted to save a few bucks. I've never met a more honest plumber. Truly a good guy who isn't out to gouge you. He also inspected the entire line and showed me where other problems may potentially occur so I could take that all into account when deciding on a repair path. In the end, I had him take care of the problem temporarily, since he has much more advanced tools than I as a homeowner have and could therefore do a much better job, and when I decide on a permanent repair path, I will definitely have Jerry Rous Plumbing do the work. Thank you Jerry!
