The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass. THE BEST PLUMBING connection in Verde Valley and surrounding areas hands down IS James Peters and…read moreCOMMUNITY PLUMBING. James was referred to me by my awesome HVAC gurus at Soudani and Associates. James took time to review my Home Inspection Report prior to arrival and did a complete assessment at the property identifying imperfections and potential areas of plumbing issues. James' assessment determined concise plumbing needs; corrections for a complicated old water heater system, installation of a pressure reducing valve, and hose bib repair. He confirmed the exterior faucet fixture pipes were inside the home walls not in the ground...not so simple fix, but he magically fixed it temporarily with future full repair plans. Order out of chaos and bringing all up-to-code! In fact he recommended the antiquated water softener be replaced, which I didn't realize was on its last leg. Sure enough a week later after inspection the old water softener malfunctioned and started leaking. James successfully helped me disconnect it via text instructions within minutes, at no cost. James is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable, experienced, genius level plumber with skillful competency in plumbing repairs and installations. Along with all those bells and whistles is his kindness, honesty, full integrity and upstanding work ethic. James was very accommodating in finding the Bradford White 50 Gallon Gas Water Heater I wanted and he installed a highly improved state-of-the-art NOVO Water Softener. He and his assistant Matthew dialed in all the new appliances and repairs with professional perfection in just a few hours. Community Plumbing is fairly and competitively priced too! I am SO HAPPY with the work completed. My new systems are just beautiful and running smoothly. James has been a GodSend and enjoyable to work with along with his wife Nikki. AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Community Plumbing, definitely the best plumbing resource in the area. Many thanks James and Nikki!

Great response, price and quality of work…read more I did a competitive bid for a complete AC/Heater replacement for my 1993 system. Of the three contractors, one never responded, and another had a high price with a 40 mile greater drive distance to my residence. Kachina provided me a list of major parts and written quote. The expensive contractor provided a list of components when requested. After selecting Kachina and notifying the other contractor and giving him valid reasons why he was not selected. Noel, the owner of Kachina drove back out to the house where we signed contract and I gave him a deposit. A week later, after all components were in Noel's hands they started the work. He and a co-worker were polite and clean during the entire removal and install. It took three days and the work complete and well dressed. Unistrut was cut to fit and installed with the correct attachments for what I consider a clean and perfect install. I recently had to call Noel about a troubleshooting issue which was unfounded. But Noel picked up the phone on the second ring and was courteous and professional. And did not make me feel stupid about my error. I wholeheartedly recommend Kachina for your needs. And for those who think Noel did not answer their calls, I live outside a regular cellular service area. Noel could not have received any calls during the three days he worked on my system. I guess those folks don't live in Northern AZ where no cel service is common.

I absolutely never post reviews on yelp but this warrants a review…read more This guy is absolutely terrible, total scam. Noel totally took advantage of our lack of knowledge of HVAC systems, sold us on this 95% efficient furnace that sounded great to people who didn't know anything about furnaces but we found out later through some professional second opinions it should have never been installed in our home in the first place. I'm pretty sure he just had a furnace he wanted to get rid of and sold it to us. The furnace crapped out 5-years later (I think because of his poor install) lucky the company sent us a new one under warranty, he installed the new one (charged us for the second install). On the second install he didn't install the drainage system right, blamed it on our drainage line, we had our drain pipes checked and sure enough... no blockage. Had to call out a different HVAC guy to fix the drainage system, turns out Noel just didn't install it correctly on the furnace itself so it had absolutely nothing to do with our drain pipes. Noel couldn't even figure that out, said he "wasn't a plumber"... well plumbing and drainage is an important part of HVAC so you are either total incompetence or don't give a shit about your customers and your quality of work. He also didn't install the ventilation pipe correctly so condensation was dripping down water inside the furnace onto wires! Took him 4 times to come out a finally fix it properly. And that was only after I had called the manufacturing company to get help and determine if he did the install correctly and Noel had the audacity to get mad at us for getting the manufacturing company involved (I have a voicemail from him to prove this)... what did you expect I was tired of having to keep calling you to come out and fix YOUR poor in stall!!!! Now we are stuck with a furnace that I hope doesn't crap put again in 5 years because we've invested thousands of dollars into this thing. I would not have used him for the second install but because we had bought the first one through him (only 5 years ago, furnaces are suppose to last multiple decades), he was the one that had to submit the claim for them to send a new one out under warranty which also took a month so we were without heat in between Nov/Dec. Our electrical bill of course doubled because we had to use space heaters. In summary... do not use this company/call Noel! Learn from our experience.
