THE BEST PLUMBING connection in Verde Valley and surrounding areas hands down IS James Peters and…read moreCOMMUNITY PLUMBING. James was referred to me by my awesome HVAC gurus at Soudani and Associates. James took time to review my Home Inspection Report prior to arrival and did a complete assessment at the property identifying imperfections and potential areas of plumbing issues. James' assessment determined concise plumbing needs; corrections for a complicated old water heater system, installation of a pressure reducing valve, and hose bib repair. He confirmed the exterior faucet fixture pipes were inside the home walls not in the ground...not so simple fix, but he magically fixed it temporarily with future full repair plans. Order out of chaos and bringing all up-to-code! In fact he recommended the antiquated water softener be replaced, which I didn't realize was on its last leg. Sure enough a week later after inspection the old water softener malfunctioned and started leaking. James successfully helped me disconnect it via text instructions within minutes, at no cost. James is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable, experienced, genius level plumber with skillful competency in plumbing repairs and installations. Along with all those bells and whistles is his kindness, honesty, full integrity and upstanding work ethic. James was very accommodating in finding the Bradford White 50 Gallon Gas Water Heater I wanted and he installed a highly improved state-of-the-art NOVO Water Softener. He and his assistant Matthew dialed in all the new appliances and repairs with professional perfection in just a few hours. Community Plumbing is fairly and competitively priced too! I am SO HAPPY with the work completed. My new systems are just beautiful and running smoothly. James has been a GodSend and enjoyable to work with along with his wife Nikki. AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Community Plumbing, definitely the best plumbing resource in the area. Many thanks James and Nikki!

As repairs started they both kept me informed about parts needed and what the plan was. The best part is that they found a leak before it became a major problem and they changed out a filter behind my laundry area. After changing our filters December 23rd, our TDS readings went up to 260! We called to let him know the pressure dropped significantly and the water was cloudy and had an odor. We bled the system up to about 10 times and flushed the membrane a couple times and let the system refill before testing again. We let Jeremy know it wasn't performing like before. Nothing was broke until he changed those filters. His response was slightly defensive and his resolution was to change the membrane out which had not yet been done, and to charge us again. This did not sound reasonable to me as to why would I trust another service when the first service provided had not worked and was abandoned unresolved? How does a 6 month old perfectly working new system go from great to broke? It's a mystery to us. Won't use these guys again...and their answering their "business" phone line or returning messages are slow. I tried to get a copy of the receipt from when we had the system installed with no help, never got a call back. And their business address is a residential area, I'm sure there are a few ma/pa businesses in this town that work from home. Very disappointed, now we are buying bottled water until this gets resolved.
