My only complaint is price you pay for a vacuum.. 2 dollars for three minutes in cash, or 3 dollars for 3 minutes on credit - way too expensive for what you get, the vacuums don't seem to be as strong as they should be, and suck (ironically) at getting much of anything out of your vehicle. If you need a vacuum you should definitely go to a different car wash! But again, as far as water washes go this is the place to be!

The vacuums are always free, Just press the button and go. Everything is fine. We have interacted with management and they have always been friendly and helpful. We even had an issue with the do-it-yourself and they gave us our money back and paid for a longer clean in another port. So that was good. My issues are (1) outdated. It looks a bit sketchy and kind of not kept up well. Looks like it was build in the 1980s and has never been updated since. (2) I think the prices are high for a car wash, but everything is high nowadays. My wife and I can get a carwash done for under $5, but we have to be quick and it doesn't always look that great. So, I do recommend this place. It's not as shiny and new as the other places, but it gets the job done (or you get the job done).

It was so easy for me to see what I'm doing and to pull into the glass tunnel because it's so open and there was no track system to navigate! At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track. The management at Tommy's is eager to ensure that I not only have a clean car but also a positive experience. They help so many non-profits that it's a pleasure promoting this business.
