I would not give them a star either, but as previous reviewers state, you have to in order to write a review. They were my new dentist in early April 2024. About a week after a new patient checkup, one of my crowns came off (not one they had put on). I thought I was lucky that they could just glue it back on April 17, 2024 . When I got to the check out they charged me $110 dollars (I was relieved because this beat having to have a new crown or implant by lots of money). Then a few days later I checked my EOB on line and discovered I should have only paid $54. I immediately brought it to their attention, sent them a copy of my EOB and contact them FREQUENTLY for the status of my refund. Today is July 8, 2024, and I just contacted them again, reminding them that I am a senior citizen, and this is financial abuse. read more

Not a bad place as far as dental devices go but you need to make sure your insurance is explained and verified before you get anything done. Was told one thing over phone and then had surprise extra charges that were "not covered"... What's the point of dental insurance, I'm not sure honestly. read more

I would not give them a on star but I have to in order to write this. A local corporation bought them out several years ago and ever since the service sucks. They used to always have the same people there. Now they have massive turn over in doctor and staff. They only care about the dollar. I had gone there for year 13 years and always had manual hand cleanings done. Never had the new torture machine they call a cavitron used on me. They fired my dental hygienist. Then they said that they can only do cavitron cleaning. The cavitron is known to cause severe pain, crack your tooth enamel and this equipment has a number of hazards with which it is associated. These include heating of the tooth during scaling, vibrational hazards causing cell disruption, possible platelet damage by cavitation, associated electromagnetic fields that can interrupt pacemakers, auditory damage to patient and clinician and the release of aerosols containing dangerous bacteria. In short. Don't go to this office or any others owned by this local corporation. read more

No consistency in care. One dentist tells you one thing and the next time you come you see a different dentist (and hygienist) who say a different thing. Treatments were recommended " that have never been mentioned before. Maybe I was spoiled by a previous provider, but they could do better. read more
