These Women does a very good job and threading my brows; I've been a repeat customer for anout 3 years. Unfortunately I wll not be returning. A day before I left for vacation I came in and had the procedure (unfortunately I don't remember whats it's called, but the dye or henna used they told me it would last up to approx 6 weeks. What I do know is that this procedure was $60, plus the cost of the threading and the tip,, which I reluctantly gave. When I saw the "finished" job, I was confused; what was I supposed to see, because the dye was here and there. the lady and another woman were standing over me and I know this was a good job., and from the look on their faces, they knew it was a shitty job, I didn't say anything because there were customers waiiting and I didn't want them. hear me and i was leavining for vacation the following morning. i only hope that I can find a place that does a equally excellent job threading read more

Being here a total of like 5 times and was only happy twice with the way my eyebrows came out. Every time I come here it seems like there's different workers here and the last 2 time My eyebrows have big nicks in them, both of them ,The first time it was only one Nick but the second time my eyebrows don't even have a straight lines on the bottom, every time I look in the mirror, all I think about is the lady jacked me up. The other two times my eyebrows came out good and that was with Marcella and I can't seem to find her here no more. Word of advise come here at your risk. read more

They DISCRIMINATE. If you treat me differently than the next customer, and you can't give me a good reason why, that's discriminatory. I went as a walk-in waited patiently for Radhika, right when I was about to sit down someone walked in, and I was informed they had an appointment that I needed to wait. So I waited, booked an appointment while waiting that way I won't run into the same problem. Left to pick up my kids up from school, when I came back, someone was about to sit down, and I kindly informed them I had an appointment. Instead of making the client sit and wait like they did me prior, they told me to wait again. Exact same situation, but now I'm the one with an appointment. I asked her what was the reason why I was told to wait, yet again, when I now had an appointment, she proceeded to say that the client was already seated. It was a blatant lie. If you can't give me a good reason why I'm being treated differently, that's discriminatory. If you don't want to service me, just say that, instead of making me do 2 trips, waisting my time. read more

Right when you walk in, the environment is kind of awkward and extremely quiet. They kind of greet you quietly. But obviously, I'm not here for the environment.. I'm here for my brow so let's get straight to it. I used to go to a threading place in the Walmart across the street. They knew exactly how to do my brows and were very precise with it. I was devastated when it closed down and frantically searched for a new eyebrow threading place. I happened to come across this place and decided to try it out. The shape of my brow is how I typically like it (but it is a bit uneven on the top, nothing too noticeable though). They didn't go through the extra step of plucking the stray hairs that the thread wasn't able to get (my old threading place used to do that for me). They also didn't trim the front of my eyebrows. Luckily, yelp provides a 30% off your first eyebrow threading there so the total came out to $8.50. Plus, they also give you a punchcard Would I go here again? I'm not too sure. The results weren't anything bad or something I can't fix myself. But if I'm going to pay someone to do my eyebrows I'd want it to be perfect. read more

Shila is the best of the best for eyebrow threading in Las Vegas! Period!! The Premier! I have been going to Shila since 2010 when I moved back from New York City & she has never did my eyebrows wrong. She takes her time & doesn't rush her expertise. Perfection everytime. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her because her salon fills up quickly with her loyal clientele. read more

Hands down the best place to get threaded at! I have been going to Shila way before she opened her first shop on Eastern. Drive across town to Rainbow & 215 location as that one is closest to me. All of the gals are the best but for me Shila only touches my brows. Place is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a punch card, six visits and seventh is free!!! They are following all CDC guidelines along with Governor directives! They sanitize chairs after each client (that's not new, they have been doing so before covid-19) wear their masks and are keeping their distance. Highly recommend. read more

The service was really bad. The lady who did my eyebrows was so rude. She doesn't know how to do her job well. I asked her nicely to fix my eyebrows because she messed them up, but she said, "There is nothing to fix." When I was paying, I was waiting for her to ask if I needed a receipt, but she didn't. So, I said, "It's okay, I don't need a receipt." Her response was, "Okay, then what are you waiting for? You're done." That is very rude. I've been coming here for two years, and this is the first time I've encountered bad service. It was a crazy experience. The staff are rude. They don't greet their customers and look angry and mean. I will not come here anymore. You just lost a loyal customer. The previous workers were better. This current worker is awful. People do not go to this place!!!!!! I wish I knew her name. read more

Been coming here for several years now but there's this girl (don't know her name but I know the face) in this location that I will never have her touch my eyebrows again. The first time she did my brows clean up and shape, it looked off but I brushed it off bc it will grow back and maybe it's bc how my eyebrow is. This time, she did my brows again and she threaded more than she should have and there a small bald spot. I brought it up and she says it's ingrown (I don't see an ingrown anywhere lol). Definitely will be back here but taking note to never have this girl do my eyebrows again. Not to be rude but I wished I knew her name so I can give ya'll a heads up... read more

We called to make an appointment but they said everything is done online so we booked an appointment online and still had to wait 10 minutes when we got there. People do come in without an appointment so if they know that you have an appointment, they will take you first you just have to let them know which I felt bad because there were two other people that were waiting prior to us but they were walk-ins. read more

I found this place in Yelp and based on positive reviews, I went ahead and did a walk-in. I was assisted right away as there were no clients at the time. I told the lady who did my eyebrows that the lower inside part of my brows had just grown back and I want to keep it. She listened and just did minor reshaping of my brows. I didn't feel in so much pain unlike the other places I went to. I definitely will return. 4/13 - i returned for the 2nd time and finally met Shila and her cute daughter. She did my brows and upper lip today. I did a walk-in and didn't have to wait long as the other client was on her way out. The service was fast and I was very satisfied. read more

Been going here for a few months and love it. Shila is the best and so gentle on my sensitive skin. However this last time I went I had another lady with a short pixie haircut do my eyebrows and upper lip. She was very rough and made my upper lip bleed. It's the next day and my skin is still very sensitive to the touch and badly irritated. Just save yourself and make sure Shila down your threading. read more

Shila's Eyebrows is my go-to for threading!!!! I stopped getting my brows waxed YEARS ago. Yes, threading is admittedly painful your first time around, but the results are longer-lasting than wax. If it is your first time, let them know and they will assist you with the process. There are moments you have to place your fingers above and below your brows to stretch out your skin so they can thread the most hair out. (I probably worded that weird, but it's a lot more simple than it sounds). The work here is consistent. I don't even have a go-to person because anyone who has threaded my brows- and I'm sure I've had every threading artist here- does a remarkable job. They are all experts that adhere to your natural shape, and always clean mine up so nicely without direction. I've always done walk-in's as appointments are not required. You have to sign in on the clipboard at the very back near the register when you enter. If there's a wait at all, it's 10 min tops. Brows are only $10, and I usually do brows and lips ($13). read more

Not sure what was in the water here this go-around but the technician that I had was lazy, unprofessional, and combative. Every time I've come here, which is every six weeks for the past three years, I get the same thing: clean-up and shaping. For one, this woman laughed when I winced and she asked if I was ok and I responded yes but it hurts a little. I considered giving that some grace because everyone responds to discomfort in their own way; no harm, no foul. When she finished, she didn't hand me the mirror to check my brows before impatiently asking if I wanted witch hazel applied or not. When I asked for the mirror, she sighed as though it was the greatest inconvenience that I should be satisfied with my brows before I paid. The audacity of me, I know! Sure enough, she "cleaned up" but did not shape my eyebrows. When I asked her to shape them, I was specific about not wanting too much hair taken off and she barked back how she was supposed to shape them without removing more hair.... Now I said I didn't want *too much* taken off, which is not what she heard, clearly. But wait! There's more. I tilt back to allow her to continue and she tells me to hold on so that she can take a phone call. I sat there, dumb founded, while she chatted away with whoever was on the other end. When she finally got off five minutes later, I let her know that I was ready to leave. At no point did she apologize or even attempt to excuse herself before taking the phone call. Way to completely deteriorate a long-standing relationship. I won't be returning and I will be informing all of my friends who I've referred over the years of this experience. I have the most horrible taste in my mouth for this place after today. read more

I've been going to this location (as well as the Eastern location) for well over 5 years now and I'll never go anywhere else! With that being said.. Here are some tips I have: 1. Make an appointment and BE ON TIME! Nothing is more inconvenient than having an appointment time but not being able to be seen at that time because someone else was late and threw off the schedule. Be courteous of others and of your aesthetician's time and don't be late, please! :) 2. Over the years, the wait to be seen by Shila has increased but no worries! All of the ladies have been trained by her and are just as good and gentle! Be sure to give the other ladies a try also. 3. Tip nicely. On busy days, some of these ladies have to skip a lunch to cut wait times so be generous! read more

I had my eyebrows threaded by Sara and it's been a while since I've gotten my brows done through threading so I was feeling a bit nervous on the pain level but let me just say she had such a light hand I felt no pain and she did my brows fairly quickly and I was in love with the way they turned out. She kept my brow thickness as I wanted. More than satisfied with the service and outcome. read more

After growing my brows for 4 months, i decided it was time for a clean-up. I usually see Shila, but she wasn't in and i had a function to attend. The young, tall woman absolutely ruined them! I told her i've been growing them for 4 months and don't want to thin them out, just clean. I now have 2 uneven stick figures on my face! I have no idea why she is threading eyebrows, she does not have an aesthetic eye or skill at all! My brows are so thin and jaggedy that i'm embarrassed to go out with them like this! I've been getting my brows done for over 25 yrs and this has been THE WORST so far!! No even lines, shape is distorted. Just TERRIBLE. Now i have to spend $40 for a hair growth serum and wait another 4 months to get them somewhat grown in. read more

Shila offers excellent service and getting my eyebrows threaded here is about as painless as threading can be. I'm not saying it's pain-free, but I've been to other places where the staff doesn't really seem to care if you're uncomfortable or not. I've had my brows threaded here by different people and I've never had a bad experience yet. I haven't made an appointment even though they take them. I just show up and wait about ten minutes if there are other customers ahead of me. It's $10 for brows plus there's currently a Yelp check-in offer of 20% off eyebrow threading so don't forget to use it. This is not anywhere near where I live, so I try to make it a point to come here when I'm in the area because this place is reliable. read more

I'm so glad I found Shilas, it's so close to where I live and somewhere I can trust to do my eyebrows. They accept walk-ins and I never have to make an appointment, they're always happy to take me whenever. Just make sure you sign in when you get there. There are so many ladies that work there that I don't know who's doing my eyebrows every time I go, but I've always loved the results no matter who I'm with. I hate when I get my brows threaded and they make them thinner, and if I explain that to the ladies they keep my eyebrows very full. I like how they look every time, and it's typically pretty painless. The threaders are always friendly and helpful. And the best part, it costs $10! The place is clean and in an area with a lot of parking. I'd definitely recommend it. read more

I use to get my eyebrows waxed but because I use retinol they take a layer of my skin off every time. I discovered this place looking on yelp. The service is quick and easy unless there's a wait but it goes pretty fast to me, but not my friend who's waiting in the car hah! Place is clean, the staff is super nice. It's only $10! Service was good. Clean place, comfortable chair. I will be coming back here. And the price was right.

Owner "Shiela" botched my eyebrows on purpose because I asked her specific things I'd like done on my eyes, which made her mad? She didn't like that I didn't just let her do her own thing I guess? now I have 2 different looking brows when I came in with full grown out ready to shape brows & don't pay with card they will continue to charge you like they did a previous costumer I don't recommend if you care about how your brows look & how you're being serviced. The owner "Shiela" is who serviced me, she was soooooo rude & it made me so uncomfortable, I didn't even want her to service me after the first rude comment she made, but I couldn't just get up and leave. She didn't even greet me when I came in, but greeted everyone else when it was my turn, the vibe was terrible I told her how I'd like my desired brows, I think that mad her mad? She spoke to me so nasty, and rude, I asked her to even fix something on my brows and her response to me was so angry & aggressive, they also will make you wait even if you came first if their family or someone of their ethnicity walks in, they discriminate I probably will be having the state check them out, they don't seem too business appropriate, they discriminate I seen that in another review and actually went through it myself lol. Sadly I won't be back, I feel like she messed up my eyebrows on purpose. Don't recommend!!!!! read more

This review is for SUE. I went yesterday and had an appointment to see Radhika originally. When I got there, there were two other women waiting so I assumed I was going to have to wait. My appointment time with Radhika wasn't till 30min later. As I sat down in the waiting area, I was ushered to the chair of Sue. I thought to myself, why not. I was short on time and I could just cancel my appointment. Wrong! I should've kept my appointment time. The thread broke 5-6 times because she was really, really rough. I don't normally tear up while getting threaded, but I definitely did yesterday. Because of Sue's roughness, I now have threading burn on my inner brow. 10/10 DO NOT recommend Sue. read more
