Helen is quick, thorough, and kind. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon; she was with another client but saw me right after. She did great work and my eyebrows thank her for it! read more

I've been coming to Helen ever since moving to SW Las Vegas, won't go anywhere else! I text her to arrange a time for threading and am always able to get a same-day appointment. Her little spot in Posaré Salon is cozy and clean. She's very sweet and truly takes her time to ensure your brows look their best! Her prices are similar to (if not cheaper than) others in town, but with her, I'm certain I'm getting the best value for my money. read more

She is truly a miracle worker. Her touch made my face look beautiful! I have two eyebrows again! We are working on making them sisters and not cousins with her advice to use castor oil, I have hope. Very clean and calm place. I'm glad it's 3 minutes from my house. read more

Helen fixed my brows another artist messed up, she did a perfect job been coming to her ever since.

I have been to several eye threading salons and they would do a quick sloppy job. I'm so glad I found this place accidentally while stopping by Vons and Helen is the best and very sweet and friendly. She works meticulously to make sure the eye brows are perfect and does a clean job. She responds quickly when I need an appointment and books my appointment appropriately so that I don't ever have to wait. Thank you Helen for always making my eyebrows perfect!! read more

Helen is the best! She has been my brows and lips threader for years and have been very happy with her service and communication. I love how she sends me reminders and gets me in very quickly, usually the same day! I always leave looking on point! Thank you Helen! read more

I have been Helen's client for over 2 years now. I keep coming back to her because nobody else does eyebrow threading like her. So clean, and sleek. She is very patient and makes sure she delivers quality service. She doesn't hurry the process. She shapes brows so well. I love how she does lip threading too, not a missed hair. Definitely recommendable! read more

I have been going to Helen for years and I have never gotten around to writing a review. As you can see, I recommend her highly. She is very good with her appointments; you never have to wait while she is fitting other people in. She is very pleasant and most importantly, does a wonderful job from eyebrows to those annoying chin hairs. I am attaching her price list because when I am looking for a new place, I always want to know what they charge. Her prices are very reasonable. Give her a try! read more

Wow !! Helen did an amazing job on me eyebrows !! Normally I don't get them threaded because my eyebrows are thicker and some women don't know how to thread them properly. But Helen used my face shape as a guide to create the best brows I've seen in a LONG TIME on myself. She's so sweet too and she worked hard and making sure it wouldn't be a painful process because my hairs on the thicker side. Ah man, I hate to ever downgrade my reviews. I visited this establishment on a Thursday after lunch. When I walked up to open the door, I couldn't open it. I tried the other door and I couldn't open that one either. I looked at the operating hours and it should have been open. I figured it was Thursday and maybe the employee was out to lunch, so I looked for the "I'll be back sign" to see what time they would be back, but no such sign existed. I turned around to leave, but the employee was sitting in the car in front of the store watching me when she quickly got out to unlock the shop. The employee was super talented - while getting out of the car, unlocking the store, seating me, and threading my brows, she was on the PHONE!!! She had already started threading when I realized, "she isn't going to hang up!" All in all, my brows were thinner than I would have liked, but I was cleaned up nicely. So, if there is one employee at this shop and she won't get off the phone, I recommend leaving. It's just very poor customer service. If the taller, slimmer lady is there, she is amazing. read more

This place is the best. Never had a bad day here. She is very light with the threading and not forceful like others. She is very nice and has a great personality. My eyebrows were nice and clean. I recommend you going here! read more

Been coming here for quite some time now and am usually pleased with the service. There was about 2 occasions where I came a little bit after they opened, however the doors were locked. I waited a little bit but no one came so I ended up driving to a different brow place on those days. It would have been nice to have a note on the door as to why they weren't open at that time but other than that I haven't had any other issues so far. I can never remember the names of the workers but both do a fantastic job at cleaning up my eyebrows. Even though there are clients waiting, I never felt like they rushed the session. Both workers that I've had took their time trimming and cleaning up the shape of my brows and each time I've been pleased with how they turned out! The older lady even offered to do a little bit of my chin free of charge so that was definitely a plus. Overall I would recommend this place. They accept cash and credit cards and there is no minimum for the card. Brows are $10 which is a bit cheaper than some of the other places I've been to which charge about $12-15. read more

I have been going to Helen for my eyebrows for years and I absolutely love her salon. She is extremely sweet and mindful of her clients. She pays special attention to the natural eyebrow shape and makes sure to do them to my liking. She really takes the time to make sure new clients are comfortable with the shape and she is very gentle. Since she is soft with her touch my skin is not left irritated; I always get compliments after going to her salon. It is very clear she cares for the comfort and hospitality for her clients. I always recommend people here it's great ! read more

Updated review: I hate to downgrade but in the past 6 weeks I've gone 3 times during "open" hours, but no one was here. Say they open at 10, but they don't. One day I waited 25 minutes and still, no one showed. I can't keep coming back to a place when I don't even know if anyone is actually going to be there. Love their work, but like most people, I have a busy life and I can't be wasting time driving over only to find no one is there. -------- I love this place! I've been coming here for a few months now and I always seem to get someone different, but every person has done an amazing job with my brows. I tell all my friends to go here. The only thing I would change is the dead silence. It's not bad, but some light music wouldn't be bad either. read more

I had amazing eye brows but unfortunately my lady had left her place So i went to a few places they did well but kept making my brawls to thin i decided to try here The first visit she told me to grow them out a bit but the second visit she completely ruined my brawls I went to my car and cried!!! read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by Helen for a while at this salon now and I don't think I'd go anywhere else! So far my favorite place to get my eye brows done. I get assisted by miss Baljinder. she's literally my favorite. everytime I ask for whatever shape I want for my eyebrows and she pulls her magic thread and now I have eyebrows that I want. read more

Love this place!!! Has always made my brows look amazing and sharp looking. Does my husbands as well and makes them a nice manly clean look!

The first time I came here after moving to Vegas I was satisfied with how my eyebrows came out. The second time it was okay, I wasn't too unhappy but I wasn't too happy either. Went here for the third and today the final time just because it's very conveniently close to my house and I wanted to just give it another shot. Well, I regret trying to give her business because I can finally say I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! She does not listen to what you want, she doesn't even speak, and she does whatever the heck she wants with YOUR eyebrows. My eyebrows are uneven and one is skinnier than the other! The four times I've gone here it's been the same lady, I'm guessing she's the owner. BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN! read more

ZERO STARS!! The lady clipped my hairs down with scissors so short they looked bare ! Looks like the tail end of my brows are missing patches. I told her. And she knew it and said nothing and just put the toner on and walked to the register. Horrible! Go to fabulous eyebrow! It's a longer drive but worth it! read more

I was here , and the lady was messed up my eyebrow, no apologies, no wonder I feel hurt, when I get home , take a shower and see myself in mirror , and I said shittt tahey meesed up my eyebrow, I thought they were proffesional. It is a shitty job, I have to cover it with eye shadow. read more

I wish the younger girl with long hair was working here again. She threaded my brows really good and was a lot more gentle. I hate to say this but Roohi is really rough with the way she turns your head to position it better to the point that I left with a neck ache that won't go away now. And she shapes brows too thin. I thought it was just me but she did the same with my sister and niece's brows and roughness with the head positioning. Oh and the seats aren't safe, they recline on their own while you're sitting in them. read more

I always drive all the way across town just to go to this lady. My eyebrows always going in looking like caterpillars and when I come out they're super clean and shaped. The owner takes her time to actually shape your brows not just clean them up. It's always a clean environment and I've never had to wait very long. I would definitely recommend going here if you want a nice eyebrow threading. read more

I have been going to the same threader for the last two years over in Henderson. It has been so hit or miss lately with her so I decided to search for someone in my neck of the woods(southwest). I went last week and as I pulled up on a 114 degree day their door was wide open. I walked inside and the woman there apologized but the AC had stopped working 20 minutes prior and the owner was out picking up a new portable unit. She said I could wait for her to come back or she could help me. I let her help me and she did a really nice job on the shape but left so many really obvious hairs behind. I am assuming that she was flustered from the heat so I am going to go back because of the stellar reviews and see if the owner will do a more consistent job. read more

I usually come here because it's close to my house, but today the lady was really rude and she straight up told me "your eyebrows are ugly." Who the hell says that to someone. Then she forgot to put the burn stuff on them and they have been red ALL day and irritated. I will find somewhere else to go after today's experience!!! read more

I came to this place because it has some pretty good reviews and was very close to my house. I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately I was not happy with how my eyebrows turned out it was almost like they didn't do anything at all. The eyebrow lady used the scissors more than the thread which I was not used to. I'm spoiled by my eyebrows place across town for sure! Sorry beauty by thread but I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

Update: Arrived again today during business hours and they weren't open. Another lady was waiting also and left. They are turning away good business by not being reliable. First off, the lady who owns this place does a great job. The problem is that this morning is the third time I have gone during business hours and they have been closed. Very frustrating for busy people trying to plan their day. I guess I will need to start calling before I go or find a more reliable place. read more

BEWARE! I've been going to get my eyebrows threaded with her for a year now.. Today she removed all the hair from my tail end of my right side only eyebrow and claimed that she was "following my micro-blading" Lmao! She apologized and said next time to let her know that I don't want my hair removed from that area. I didn't know that I had to let someone know not to remove hair from an area that was left there the past 20 times I've been there before. Lol read more

So happy to know there's a place close to home and she's good :) the owner is really sweet. I think I found my new eyebrow place.

She was very nice, but cut and threaded my eyebrows too thin. They are already very thin and I told her how I'm trying to grow the ends longer and now my left eyebrow is almost non existent. Just be careful that she doesn't use the scissors too much on you if you're not looking to go too thin. read more

Found my new eyebrow threading boutique! It is owned by a lovely lady and her sister. This is the southwest location, and her sister is at the northwest. She was very detail oriented and lightly educated me on how my ethnicity actually affected the direction my hair follicles grew? Who takes the time to do that? Thank you very much for your very sweet chair-side manner. I will definitely be coming back! I think everyone in the southwest location should try this place out! :) read more

First time getting my eyebrows threaded a couple days ago. Waxing breaks me out and who wants to be red for an hour. There was no wait this place is conveniently by my work. The lady that works there was really nice and it was only $10. Also, she gave me a card for half off my next one. I'll definitely be coming back again. She did great. Thanks a bunch read more
