I wwent in yesterday because I saw that they had a $10 eyebrow deal on the board, and when i went to pay they said it was $12. When I showed the lady the board outside, she said it was couple of years ago and hasnt had the time to chnage it. On top of that the lady was extremely rough on my eyebrows and I did end up loosing some skin. I will not go back. read more

I love coming to get my eyebrows done here they do such An amazing job , I'm giving it 3 stars do to the fact that when I try and call to see if a certain worker is working the phone sometimes always busy and it be no answer . All of the locations have the same number. Yesterday I kept calling and it kept going to voice mail . This business makes too much money ,all the locations should have their own telephone number . read more

They used to be so good, but lately it's been sloppy. Taking chunks out of my eyebrows, not cleaning them up properly... :(

Horrible experience. The minute I walked in the two ladies sitting at the desk were gossiping about another client that had just left and didn't bother stopping the conversation while I'm standing in front of them. When I was finally taken back to the chair I told her "JUST A CLEAN UP" but seems to me she just ignored my requests. She saw that I had a small area where I didn't grow hair and I specifically told her that but she still decided to do her own thing. She thinned out my eyebrows sooo much after I explicitly told her I didn't want to thin them out. She said she wanted to "fix" the bald spot I had and after cutting off and threading my eyebrows there was really nothing I could do but walk about after a horrible service. Please advise whoever you see what you are looking to get and make sure they understand what you are asking for. If they are trying to "fix" something at least ask for the mirror to see what they want to fix before they do so. read more

the two ladies who work here are very nice and friendly and do your eyebrows exactly how you want them!! I recommend.

First time here. Just was in the area and needed to get my brows cleaned. Prices are good. She was very busy. Everything was really quick but she did a pretty good for the price. So if I'm ever in the area, I will return. read more

I have been going to Huma for the l4 years! She is amazing and always gets my brows right. I don't trust anyone in the valley but her to do them. She is off Sundays/Mondays so make sure she is there when you go! read more

I have been coming here now for quite a while. My eyebrows are done excellent every time.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded consistently here by Huma for the last 6 years. She always does a perfect job and is so warm and welcoming. Even when I moved I tried another place nearer but the quality just did not compare. I have had my eyebrows done by others here as well and they all do a wonderful job, but Huma is my favorite! She is a valuable asset to this location. Thank you Huma!! read more

Just had my eyebrows done by Sid and he just gained a new client in me. I've never had my eyebrows done by a guy and let me tell you, I will be back! He was super kind, personable, and did the best job on my eyebrows. I just went to get coffee and someone already complemented me on eyebrows. He's only there on Sundays but he's officially my go to! read more

I've been coming here for awhile now. There may be a short wait at times depending when you come. Huma is the best, if you can, go when she works. She does an awesome job! read more

I've been going there for years they do a great job on my eyebrows... Fereshteh is great very friendly and does my eyebrows perfectly

Like others, I came for Dunkin and found this little gem; I needed to start threading again due to me starting accutane. I was a walk-in and Roxana helped me. Very kind and gentle and even offered encouragement regarding my medication as she had a family member who had taken it. I just left for the second time and she was equally as detailed, gentle and sweet. She even called the family member to ask what they had used for relief of side effects from the medication. My eyebrows look awesome, both times she didn't try or suggest to go thinner, she shaped me right up while maintaining what looks best on my face. Super thankful read more

My before and after getting them threaded by Huma. She was amazing !!!! My last girl messed my eyebrows up and I had to wait to grow them out again to have them fixed and Huma did exactly that. They have a coupon for 4 visits for $25 among others. Otherwise for eyebrows it is $10. Their hours are functional and walking in didn't take a long time as she is very efficient. read more

Great job on both the shaping and tinting of my eyebrows. They look amazing and very natural. Thank you very much.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I leave this place with the MOST AMAZING EYEBROWS.... Only go to HUMA!! She is an amazing, sweet lady and is always so kind to everyone! I just LOVE her. You will see that everyone loves HUMA because sometimes it can be busy. But i just wait patiently because you can't trust just ANYONE with your eyebrows!! I have been going to HUMA for 3 years now and I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Thank you HUMA! read more

I used to always get my eyebrows waxed until I moved here. Then I got into threading instead. I was really bummed when my usual girl left the old place I went to but then I found this place and have been coming here ever since. The place gets really busy sometimes and the wait gets a little long but worth the wait! read more

Human is the best. So glad I've met her ,she made my eyebrows "POP"..and the makeup artist loved the way she did them. Greatest photo shoot EVA!!!! read more

This was yet another unpleasant experience at this location. 2 girls who totally messed up mine and my moms eyebrows. My girl - didn't wash her hands after blowing her nose, as she continued sniffling in my face. Just used hand sanitizer. I'm pissed. What a waste of money and I'll NEVER come here again. read more

Trash. Deserves 0 stars. Do not go here. Customer service is awful and they make your eye brows so thin. I'll be going to Shilas eyebrow threading from now on. read more

I come to this Eyebrows R Us since couple years. Located on Rainbow and Post, adjacent to Dunkin Donuts. I always come when Huma works. She is super calm and very professional. She does a great job in my barely existing eyebrows LOL I usually use her service for eyebrows, my mustach (lips) and under arm once a year. I bought a 1 year service card so anytime i come i dont have to pay anything out of pocket, just the tips. The location is super spacious, sometime you have 2/3 ladies on duties. Wait time is not bad. Huma is Off Sundays and Mondays Sometimes I go to their other location on Blue Diamond by the Target and Ross. They do some special on Tuesdays. read more

Huma is amazing. She completely transformed my eyebrows and made them better than I could have ever imagined

Best prices and best service in town. They are always friendly and prompt with service. They greet you right away when you walk in and make you feel welcome. I've been a client for over a year and won't go anywhere else. read more

Beware, this place used to be good but I got paired up with the younger girl who looks like jasmine from Aladdin. She fucked me up, right after I felt some excruciating stinging on my brows and when I looked in the mirror there were some definite signs of trauma from the hair being plucked out. Her I am one day after with a disgusting looking mess on my eyebrows. If you go to this location make sure to get the older lady at the first chair and no one else, and if they try to pair you up w someone else WAIT FOR HER, or just leave and get them done at Walmart for $2 less. Extremely dissatisfied. read more

If you want an alternative to waxing or you cannot pluck your eyebrows to how you want it then you need to come here. I never pluck my own eyebrows after I met Huma when they still were at the old location. She is amazing and I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I tried one time to have another person do it when she was off and they made it look so bad that I had to come back for Huma to fix it. I often get my face threaded also and I definitely notice a difference with my skin when I do it. It may hurt a little when you first start threading but it is worth it and better than waxing. Beauty is pain! read more

This is my go to place for eyebrows. Walk ins, so quick the wait is never long and they are so quick and painless.

They do a wonderful job, especially Huma! They keep my brows masculine and full. A lot of places make mens brows way to feminine. I hate when I see brows that are overdone on men. There can be a bit of a wait but it's worth it!! read more

I bring my daughter Schelbie to Eyebrows R Us for Huma to thread. From day one, I've trusted her judgment and she's always done an excellent job. My daughter will only allow Huma to thread her....no exceptions. Huma is absolutely wonderful, she's a warm and caring person making everyone that sits in her chair feel like that special one. The shop is always neat & clean and the location is perfect, even without an appointment (which we never-ever have) the service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend Huma. read more

I have been going to eyebrows r us since I moved here almost 4 years. I followed to the new location and I am so happy with Humma! She is awesome!!! Very clean location, calming atmosphere, nice ladies... Today, I got my chin and sides threaded with Ambika. I've been into this location several times, but today was a very great experience. I brought my 4 year old in with me. While I was in the chair, my daughter needed help with the candy dispenser. The lady who was threading my face went over to help... This was very sweet. She didn't get upset, she just helped. She was chatting with me about how smart my child is, and she did a great job on my face. Very thorough and it didn't hurt. read more

Terrible. Went in for my second time, got seated and told the lady what I wanted, eyebrows threaded. Lady did not engage any sort of conversation other than the fact to hold down my eyes with my hands. Didn't even understand proper English. Would definitely not go back because they did not even stick true to their word with their Yelp deal they had. The deal was the write a review and show it towards the next visit to receive 50 percent off. The lady argued for seven dollars total but everyone knows that 50 percent of ten is five dollars. The two dollar difference wasn't an issue, it was the fact that they didn't understand proper English and the fact that they didn't stick true to their deal that's in plain sight on the white wall. read more

This eyebrow studio was the closest to my hotel. I think they did a great job on my brows and upper lip. It looks as if specials and memberships are available. I'm new and didn't look into them but the brow and lip package caught my attention. Let's see, nice seating for those waiting. No complaints, good friendly service. read more

I've been coming here ever since they were on Russel/Rainbow and this is the first time I've ever left in tears. I should have trusted my gut when I saw the young girl working there and not Huma (or the other lady that works Sundays) .. I should have come back at another time. I told her, "A clean up (brows) and lip, chin." She then proceeded to thread my brows .. I mean, butcher my face. She brought my brow line up so high that they are now actually above the brow bone; not to mention that she cut me on my left brow. How do you cut someone with string? Stunned, I looked at her and said, "I told you a clean up!" To which she responded, not with an apology, but with a "No you didn't". Unfuckingprofessional. We argued back and forth; and the other lady was trying to calm me down, saying she would finish. I just wanted to get the hell out of there before I was no longer welcome. Whomever owns/manages this place needs to have a serious talk with that girl and advise her that when she fucks up someone's face, she needs to apologize profusely and NOT argue with the guest. By the way, Huma gets a 5/5 .. read more

I can see why this place is never busy. I took my mom to get her eyebrows threaded, something we do monthly, and decided to try a place near our house. Not only were they rude, my mom left bleeding. They tried to ignore it until I pointed it out and did not even apologize. If I had not already paid, I would have walked out! We have been getting our eyebrows threaded for years and have NEVER left bleeding. read more

It's almost hard to rate this place, simply for the fact that the employees are rude, yet entirely competent. The prices are great- 7$ for brows and you will definitely be pleased with the results. But, don't expect to have any friendly conversation with the women who work here. No one is "mean" per say, just very quiet & standoffish. Honestly, you may not even receive a greeting when you walk through the door. But that may be the price to pay for incredibly on point eyebrows. Although the atmosphere is haughty, I'll definitely continue to come back! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lady totally messed up my eyebrows when all I wanted was for her to clean them up THATS IT! She took off all the hair from the inner part of my left eyebrow & now they look horrible & spaced out really far... NOT ONLY THAT, but she charged my card $10 for just the eyebrow thread & argued with me that regular price is $10 (ALSO STATING THAT WAS WITHOUT A TIP).. Um.. I've been to other locations for eyebrows r us & regular price is $7??? So unless you want them to illegally charge your card more money & ruin your eyebrows I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Wow!! 20minutes till they close and the lady didn't even give me the chance to sit when she told me come back another day.. F.. Rude .. I actually wanted to give this place a chance but after today I will never step foot in this place.. Wish I could rate them less than a star read more
