I went in for my son's physical but he also had a small cough for a couple of months during his sleep. Dr Porral took that serious, and after being treated, my son no longer has a cough AT ALL! Within a week! With that being said, i am SUPER happy with the first impression and looking forward to many years here. I can't even express my gratitude enough. Already going in for a follow up Appoinment this week and i can't wait. She did more for him than any urgent care/doctors have done before. he is almost 2 years old. She truly looked into him. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Tran. She has consistently been patient, attentive, and respectful. I tend to have a lot of questions, and I usually do my own research before appointments because I know she is busy and other patients are waiting. That mutual respect goes both ways, and she has never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What I value most is how she explains my health issues. She takes the time to explain the underlying reasons, not just what to do or what not to do. That approach helps me truly understand the situation so I can make informed decisions. Many doctors simply give instructions without explaining the logic behind them, and with my personality, that often leads me to ignore advice I don't fully understand. Dr. Tran is different, and that makes a huge difference in my care. The staff has also been consistently helpful and professional. As long as you arrive on time, there is usually very little waiting. Good communication between a doctor and patient is extremely important, and Dr. Tran genuinely listens. I hope she continues practicing medicine the way she does and doesn't let unfair reviews discourage her.

When i inquired about it, the front desk person told me she didn't have me down for physical. I asked what did she have me down for? And it was a physical. So then asked if there was any other medical needs or questions i needed to ask the doctor today? and when i said no, she refunded me my copay. A week later, someone from their office called me and asked me to come in so i can discuss my blood results with a doctor. They also gave me the option to do this over the phone and SURPRISE!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER COPAY!!!! At my old PCP, they did not charge me a second copay for discussing my results. if you don't want to be nickeled and dimed for everything, then i suggest you look for another doctor's office. But i would say the doctor's here are actually very nice. They do listen to your concerns and i did not feel rushed during my appointment.

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the building and it is very small. The lot does get full quickly, so you may have to find some street parking, but that shouldn't be an issue. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, small, and organized. They recently moved to a new location, and I love everything except the parking lot because it's so small. A nice upgrade in office space. Yay! And dare I say it was a very pleasant visit to Dr. Jen's office for the most part... compared to other doctor visits I've been to, going to Dr. Jen definitely won't be daunting compared to others I've been to. My first impression of the place was already a good start, with a very friendly staff and I appreciate that this place seems to keep things in order where I seemed to be the only patient in the office at the time (which is great for the pandemic situation). Dr. Jen was very thorough in my check-up and I specifically came here to also get a pap smear all at once. Very professional throughout, including his female staff member. The pap smear wasn't all that bad (granted my body wasn't cooperating for part of it but that's not his fault) and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time too. Logistics-wise, it was about 3 months out from when I made my appointment call, but I was ok with it since I didn't have an urgent reason. Office itself is in a good location. It's on the 3rd floor and you can find the entrance to the elevators next to the pharmacy. Bonus for the lab being downstairs if you need to get your blood drawn in the future after the doctor's visit, so it's nice that everything you need is in one location. She began seeing my wife in May 2025 after she suffered for years and underwent numerous scans and procedures across many cities, specialists and doctors. Dr. Hong was both diligent and proactive after locating a growth. The front desk staff were all friendly, and Dr. Min was very knowledgeable and informative. He asked about our concerns and was very patient. My daughter was pretty scared initially, so I was really thankful he just sat and spoke to her and me initially. We will have to return again later for testing, but I am thankful the staff and Dr. Min made her first visit less scary, so it will be easier for me to get her to come back next time.

I finally request an authorization to see Dr. Min again after 6 months of his unresolved condition. Immediately with confidence and without any hesitation, Dr. Min said it is asthma due to symptoms, its effectiveness of treatments and failed resolution the past 6 months. In which his regular pediatrician had kept saying its allergies. He switched my sons treatments thats will make it more tolerable for a little toddler who usually has difficulty sitting still plus other test for further evaluation. He understands what parents go through being a parent himself. He is very patient and explains the different medication and how they work also which its truly hard to find many doctors that do that nowadays. Since then, my son has not coughed one bit, has more energy for activities and not tired to finish his food. It was a domino effect of problems that occured all because of delayed treatment and control of his asthma. In a way, i am very sad my child suffered for months, sad he now has asthma but glad we know whats wrong and taking actions to control it. I could not Thank Dr. Min enough!!
