Upstairs they have a track where you can do sprints, and they've got tons of equipment that regular gyms just don't have. I don't even know what you call all of it--they're just equipped for everything (boxing, sleds, ropes, etc.). Besides all that, they have tons of free weights and machines. It's pretty manly in there but there are plenty of women too and the staff is incredibly nice and encouraging. Definitely worth checking out and getting a super varied workout. Great place to bring a friend and have some fun.
