There are private and group lessons available as well as event rooms for special occasions or gatherings. Every few months they change up their climbing routes, which is nice. On top of that, they have great deals from Monday to Wednesday. Recently, they've opened a cafe serving coffee and food. There is a workout section if you want to warm up or if you're not in the mood to climb. We happened to visit 8/17/24 with some family and unbeknownst to us, it was their 19th anniversary and they've been open since 1995! As part of the celebration, they hosted raffles, offered great deals, huge discounts on merch, and had food available for everyone! It was definitely an unexpected but nice surprise! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, I highly recommend this place, it's a ton of fun and offers something for everyone!

Went back and forth via email multiple times BEFORE they told me the date I wanted wasn't available, which is the date I gave them in email one. Offered a new date, it was booked. They tried to call me mid day and I wasn't available due to a work conference so I emailed them, told them this and requested a list of available dates over a two weekend period. They call again but of course I couldn't pick up. So applaud them for calling, but be respectful of what I sent you. I call back twice, leave a message, nothing. Then they ghost me. Apparently they don't want our money so we shifted to something else, but had to scramble last minute. So while I recommend a day trip here, don't waste your time trying to book out a party.

The price is little up the sky but since there is no time limit, the longer you stay until your little one tires out, the better it will be on your pocket. But for the money you pay for the rides and the mandatory company branded socks you pay $3 for, there are so many interesting rides and digital entertainments. My little one is 2.5 years old and he thoroughly enjoyed Rock N Tots area and everything beyond that was safe to play around and met his size limit. I look forward to the day when he will get on the adventurous looking zip line ride. Nevertheless, we found ourselves a place we will keep coming back to until our son grows out of it. Parking? There were only 5 of us, so plenty of time to climb. Our Guide, Bob, was so patient, engaged and informative. I learned a lot of great things that I had not known before about clothing, ropes and technique. Bob was so patient with me and was there with his " green pointer" to help me over the tough spots. You should know that I am 74 years old and tho I have climbed indoors for a few years, my stamina was not that of the youngsters who were there! Nonetheless, it was a great time! I highly recommend Valley to Summit, this being my 3 rd trip with them. They Rock!

Absolutely amazing professional guides!!…read more I hired this company to guide me through the winters treacherous water fall trails of Ricketts Glen that is normally closed off for hikers that don't have the explicitly specific required safety gear for winter hikes which this company provides. The guides were patient and helpful with the small group in getting gear on and going over all the safety equipment. They were never impatient with anyone and insanely kind. You could tell the guides truly enjoyed bringing everyone out to this amazing trail at Ricketts Glen State Park. I wasn't sure what to expect but OMG it was worth the money spent to have these guys/gals guide me through the trails. I took tons of pictures and was never rushed at all while taking in the views and photos. This company comes highly recommended amongst the hiking community even out of state.

I'd say that the arcade games are on the expensive side as most are 15 credits. It's also not clear which ones earn you tickets for prizes, so some of my kids were disappointed at the end and I had to buy tickets. My only negative that did not impact my review but is important for the business is to take another look at your shelter in place protocols! We were visiting from out of town and it just so happened to be the morning of the active shooter in nearby Levittown. We had paid reservations already, but the team was only letting in birthday party guests. We were told to wait in our car. Since no one knew where the shooter was or the situation, this had both of our families extremely nervous as we waited in our cars in the wide open parking lot and scoured the internet for updates for over an hour until staff finally let us in when we asked again.
