And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time. Immediately after contacting them they showed up to assess the situation. They were able to pinpoint the sources of the problem and make arrangements to get the work done before leaving. Within days a team of workers was out sealing the cracks and making repairs to the area that was letting in all that rain. Only Pearson showed up and took the time to talk me through optios, and he was the ONLY one that bought data to show me what damages my insurance company was reinbursing in my community. Because I opted for a virtual claims adjustment, there was a lot of damage that we missed. His team of professional insurance specialist negotiated with the insurance company and got me 40% more than the initial estimate. Through out the.process his crews went above and beyond others to ensure the job was done to the highest standards(e.g putting ice and water where others only wanted to put synthetic felt).it's a rare pleasure to brag about a great roofing contractor.
