A couple of days ago we came into the store to purchase a quart of paint and they didn't have the grade and finish in stock. I was ok with that; it happens. They sent us to another location. We were able to purchase the quart . After opening the paint can , we realize it looks pink. So being that the 1650 location has always been our go to location , we checked the return policy on the back of our receipt and head to the store. We were told that we can't return paint that has been tinted. Well , that's funny because everything is tinted, if it isn't white! I tried to gain clarity on the policy and was met with no assistance. I reluctantly decided to purchases another color. I decided to get another quart , in addition to the one I am replacing , as well as a gallon . I take a seat and wait for the paint to be mixed. A few minutes pass and the customer service rep comes and tells me that they don't have enough paint in my grade. Are you kidding me?! So once again , your store doesn't have the needed product. So, let me make sure I understand what's going on. You refuse to take back paint that isn't white, the customer agrees to purchase more , and you state that you can accommodate . Then you can't produce the product?! What a properly trained customer service rep would've done was contact the manager to see if there was anything that could be done .Perhaps go up in grade to compensate for the miscommunication or offer some kind of consolation ; especially since we have been customers for years and we use them exclusively for our contractors. Im sorry , if this is how loyal customers are treated , then I'm done with this location . The lack of adequate customer service skills , is alarming . The rep thought he was funny when he used a funny internet viral colloquialism " it's above me". Yeah sure is . I'll make sure the contractors I know, shop else where .

Might as well do it yourself.. Also, without major floor prep, it won't stick well or be what you want. Musselman's use something other than epoxy and can talk the science about it with you. It is way better, looks better and will last forever. They also diamond buff out your existing garage floor. These guys do it right. PM me if you want more info. But i am super happy with them!

We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again.

This shop has both new and used books, along with some craft items from local sellers along the front windows. Though the sections for each genre are a little smaller there's a good selection of books to choose from. The shop is bright and airy with places to sit and read in a quiet space if you feel so inclined, and you just may be graced with the bookstore cat Luna's presence if you decide to do so. She was very sweet and made the experience all the better. Just make sure to heed the sign on the front door to not let her outside!
