Gary, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, walked me through the different varieties of feed and knew exactly which one would work best for my chickens. He even offered to show me a tour of the facility, which I eagerly accepted. It was fascinating to see how they make the feed and to learn about the ingredients that are incorporated into it. I love that the feed is all natural, and the entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly it was a great experience! Turns out the factory auxiliary was set for little power. APS hooked up a new auxiliary (without purchasing) just to see if that fixed my audio problem. It did! I have only seen one or two people working there and both are behind the counter. So I would not expect to get any help finding stuff. I just walk around till I find it. I have recently discovered a new way to shop Micheal's. Now I go online look for what I want and pick up in store a couple hrs later very convenient. I have also learned with a daughter who crafts. Poor Customer Service the staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I asked for advice on which battery would be best for my car, they gave vague answers and seemed annoyed by my questions Lack of knowledge the employees did not seem knowledgeable about the products. One of them recommended a battery that turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle model. I only found out after struggling to install it and having to return to the store.Overpriced products the prices were significantly higher compared to other stores and online retailers. I later found the same battery for 20% less at a competitor.They said Manger does not allow online price match something AutoZone is good for.Return policy hassle when I tried to return the incompatible battery, I was met with resistance and had to argue with the manager for a refund. They initially refused to accept the return, claiming it was my fault for choosing the wrong product.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at oreillys. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

We've been trying to resolve this since March and it took us emailing the CEO and he fixed it within 5 minutes because he could not believe a store would act this way. ******** Horrible customer service. Never gave us our $100 credit we were promised. Had us sign a contract and lied about it. IE we didn't even know we were signing one and refused to work with us after we got our bill that was $60 more to our surprise. They didn't have a manager for months. We eventually had to go to corporate and they were appalled at the situation and said they would give them a strike against the store and have to go in a talk/retrain these employees that are all apparently lacking in the intelligence and customer service area. If you need to go to a Verizon store stay away from this fake TCC retailer one and go to a real one with real customer service.
