When I received the bedding, I realized I would have to go with another color. The paint was unopened and I called to see if I could exchange it for another color; I did have the receipt. The owner said she had to process the question and would get back to me. Why is this a difficult decision? As the owner of a boutique, I would absolutely support my client. It was a minor decorating issue and the owner had the opportunity to help and instead took a full day to deny the exchange. No problem, I will just order online from now on. Delays are not uncommon in the decorating world. I urge decorators to find another paint source.

I don't know if she had some insight into how she treated me when I initially arrived or what but I will never return to this grooming business ever again. If you make an appointment with Clean Paws grooming do not book with Morgan. After the appointment I walked directly to the store part of the business and spoke to a manager and let them know of my very poor experience.
