Oh. My! Goodness! The ladies who work there are the absolute best! I was dying to paint an accent wall and I had no idea what I was doing, I went in one day and Zoey was there, I told her my plan to paint a wall green, she suggested a sample so we did that. It was toooo bright so I spent another thirty minutes or so with her trying to get it to darken a bit. I went home painted a sample on the wall. It was still too bright. She wanted to darken it but not go overboard so I appreciated the thoughtfulness. After all that I still wanted it darker but thought to myself if it's easy enough maybe a shade darker if not, no big deal, I just want to get it done. So I went back in (the poor thing having to deal with my fussiness! It's the first thing I've done as an owner instead of a renter so I wanted it to be just right) So Zoey AND Jocelyn (both amazing) did some troubleshooting and they got the perfect shade between Argyle and Green that we named Gargyles, patent pending lol! It turned out exactly how I wanted it. On top of all that they got me a great deal on a higher end paint that would be easier to wash and since I have two little girls with grubby little hands that was pretty important to me! I also received a coupon that expires in about half a year so I can still use it after I've recovered from this experience! This is by far the worst Sherwin-Williams store in the country. They open up when they want they have no regard whatsoever for customers orders of pre-ordered multiple times to walk into the store to find the paint not even ready yet and people standing around talking and they just straight forgot. Corporate should really take a visit. read more

Went in last weekend to get some paint samples. The employee working, man maybe in his thirties, was so rude and unhelpful! He wouldn't even make us samples, he said he needed to clean his machine. And then he went right back to playing on his phone in the back room. He acted like we were bothering him coming into the store! It was honestly bizarre! Whoever he was should be fired. He is ruining this owner's business! I wouldn't shop here because of this guy! The whole encounter was extremely awkward! read more

We've visited this store several times during the past few months for painting our home interior and exterior and almost every time Heather has gone out of her way to be helpful - whether it's picking the right paint type or color she is very Knowledgable, friendly, and spends time making sure she answers all your questions and that you end up with the right product, even when the store is super busy and she's the only employee in the store. read more

Worst customer service ever. I use a lot of paint in my line of work and you can't even get someone on the phone there. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes and they can't answer your questions if they do finally pick up. Hire more people, corporate. It's horrible. read more

There was one individual staffed to handle the entire store. 10 minutes passed by before he even acknowledged my presence. He seems surprised that I was at the store to buy paint. It then took him 30 minutes to finish the customer ahead of me. Get here at opening or be prepared to wait. read more

Came in on Monday to get a custom paint match. My overall experience was awesome! I had a super small beige power outlet to sample. Marvin hooked me up. His character was super professional and most importantly he had a great attitude. He also made my job 100xs easier by matching my paint sample to a 90-95% match. Great store location. Came by with my wife to pick out colors and paint type. Have to say that everyone that works at this location has been super helpful, friendly and genuine customer service. We've had the pleasure of working with Joe and Andrew on a few separate occasions this past few weeks and have nothing but great things to share. They also offered to use their in house paint designer ... was only $90 for 90 minutes but also came with a $50 gift card. Net $40 and the best $40 I've ever spent. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! Each time I've gone inside the store for paint I've had the best quality service. The people that work here really make my day better. Even the store manager went out of his way to drop off paint to my location. He made absolutely sure I was purchasing the best paint for my project. If I could only give them 6 stars! I walked in at 4:50 not knowing the store closes at 5. I was looking at paint colors while the girl at the register was helped someone. Then at 5:01, she walks over to me and lets me know that the store is closed. I asked her if the store was closed when I walked in and she answered no. I even asked her if I could just give her my order and pick it up tomorrow. She said I could call it in in the morning the next day. There should be a sign that makes it clear that no paint will be sold x minutes before closing or she could've told me when she saw me walking in! read more

So... I'm a painting contractor - of course I write reviews of my local paint stores. I'm proud to say that this store is right in the middle of my territory, which is great for logistics. Admittedly, the store has gone through a number of personnel changes, which can be, well, challenging at times, especially to my crews. I am loyal to the brand - good quality products - but my crew has given me feedback about some of the employees over time, most recently, Cassie. I think she's one of the newer employees - we all have to start somewhere - but my crew has been frustrated at times in communicating with her. She's very nice, but unfortunately, not as knowledgeable about basic products as she should be at her experience level. Someone definitely dropped the ball here. I called the store at 1:33 p.m. And ordered 8 sample paint colors. I own multiple apartment buildings and spend over $50,000 per year on my business account. This was for my personal home and I am going out of the country tomorrow and painter was putting the choices on my house tonight so I could decide before I left the country. I showed up at :4:45 pm and they never prepared any of the paints and never called me to let me know. When I called I spoke to Cara who took down my wrong phone number and didn't even call me to let me know they didn't understand some of the colors. Apparently she spoke to her manager Nelson but no one called me to let me know they didn't understand the colors. I was extremely pressed for time since I'm leaving the country and purposely called so they would be ready for me. When I arrived neither Cara or Cecilia took ownership of the call. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to start my order and could only provide 6 of the 8 colors. There is now no time for me to get the other 2 colors my painter recommended for me to see on my wall. My entire home is being painted while out of the country so that's why I had to make decisions tonight. Because of this gross error I will move my business to Dunn Edwards. Nelson realized the mistake and gave me those 6 samples for free but that didn't make up for the missing two colors, my time waiting around and the lack of claim of ownership. I don't want to hurt the employees but their incompetence is why I will be moving my business. read more

I wasted $80 today because the manager, Andrew, had not informed me that the 6 "paint samples" I requested weren't REALLY paint. I came in this morning from a job site for a new customer and needed small amounts of quality paint for my project. (Hence my going to Sherwin Williams rather than making the trek to H.D.) When we finished our transaction, I asked him if the paint was paint/ primer in one, or just thier normal quality. He told me that it wasn't paint, it was just for "samples", and that it isn't supposed to be used for actual paint jobs. Whaaaaat? I just spent $80 on product I can't even use? Andrew did not offer a refund or understand that most normal people do not know that sample sizes aren't actually paint. His robotic attitude and lack of customer service, downright rudeness ruined my morning and made approaching my project very challenging. Time to grow up and realise that the customer is more valuable than your fragile young Male ego. read more

We had such a good experience here today. After taking on a painting project with ZERO experience, we received friendly customer service and helpful advice on tools and paintbrushes and everything we needed to complete our project. Our paints were mixed so quickly and we were out the door with everything we needed within 20 minutes. So much better than a trip to Home Depot!! read more

He explained why some paints have more fumes, why I shouldn't buy any other paint and he was right. I painted my den with Emerald Kiliam Beige and Snowbound. Great quality from Sherwin-Williams always. You can count of a great product... I especially like their super paint.

Paint is very expensive but good quality. The staff works hard here and have always done whatever they can to help, however 100% of the time that I've been to this store, they've not had enough staff to cover the workload. Need more help. read more

We will not be returning to Sherwin-Williams. We are long term customers as local residents. This morning my wife went to the store to get paint as I prepared retaining walls etc for paint. She brought in color for a color match. The employee (Alanna) told her to wait a moment while she spent time with an employee training him. Seems like this could have waited and she could have assisted a customer) but no big deal. They told my wife it would be two hours, seems like a long time for a single 5 gallon bucket of paint... but ok. I completed hours of prep work, taped off the area, pressure washed etc. my wife went back three hours later to have the same employee say they "couldn't get to it today". Now what? I have Windows masked of that can't be left for a week and I work all week. What bothers me more is the employee didn't seem to care that we wasted a day. No remorse and truly a pretty lame apology. Looks like Sherwin Williams has lost a long term loyal customer. We had customer service and overall common courtesy gone. Seems like in these times people would be appreciative of the business as many are fortunate to be working. read more

Very helpful customer service oriented shop. I like coming here instead of the HD paint department because they are not as busy. Fast service. I love my "perfect greige" in my kitchen. Prices are a little higher but I signed up on their corporate site for coupons. I will be coming back again for my painting needs. Parking lot is small but I've never had any problems with parking.
