In regards to the post "Beware". I was a customer in the store when this individual arrived. He…read morepulled his large red 4x4 truck in to the Handy Cap parking with no regards or respect for this spot. As if he was special and the rules of Society did not apply to him ! He then came into the store and started harassing the the staff. If that wasn't enough he than began to start picking on a smaller older gentleman in his early 70s about having his color not already picked out. After he berated the staff he then said that he would post a bad rating . He then went to his truck still in the Handy Cap spot for the next 20 minutes to write his review. Meanwhile 2 more customers came and got the products while he was still in his truck, The staff was Fantastic in dealing with the self centered customer who thought he didn't have to wait in line like everyone else, Amanda did an incredible job with dealing with this individual. The staff are amazing people and I will continue to buy my paint here.

Very sad! Ever since this location has been going down hill fast ever since it went under new management. I'm a local that provides services in the area & I do a lot of business with all Sherwin Williams within a 45 mile radius. I will never return to this allocation again & I grantee it's only a matter of time before there is a new GM that knows how to provide excellent customer service and doesn't brush off customers regardless of how busy they are. This store had two very nice ladies who made sure to pour out as much information to me as possible to make sure I had the best paint for the job. After much discussion, I came back about 30 minutes later to buy the paint and the process was so quick. One of the ladies even carried the two paint cans out to my car for me and it was so sweet for her to do. If I ever need anything paint related again, I will definitely stop by. UPDATE: I needed to get another gallon of white paint because I ran out (my boyfriend and I turned into paint monsters and decided to use all of it up in just two parking spots... oops). This particular store ran out, so the lady at the counter sent me to another Sherwin-Williams down the street. I asked for the same gallon of paint with the same company, and it was $30 cheaper than what I paid at the last store! I originally paid $50 at that location and the second store only charged me $20 without tax. I didn't fuss about it because I don't feel the need to get my money back, especially since I already used up all of the paint. I recommend to get traffic paint at the other location, on 248 Eglin Parkway.
