Very sad! Ever since this location has been going down hill fast ever since it went under new management. I'm a local that provides services in the area & I do a lot of business with all Sherwin Williams within a 45 mile radius. I will never return to this allocation again & I grantee it's only a matter of time before there is a new GM that knows how to provide excellent customer service and doesn't brush off customers regardless of how busy they are.
