Ace Hardware on 11176 Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin, Florida truly went above and beyond for us…read more While hosting a large religious retreat at the Hotel Effie, we had several last-minute hardware and supply needs, and Justin was absolutely amazing. He made sure we got every item we needed quickly and efficiently, and even arranged delivery directly to the hotel, which was a tremendous help during such a busy event. Although Ace is a well-known national brand, Justin and his team make the experience feel incredibly personal. They approached every challenge with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care -- solving one problem at a time and making us feel like a top priority throughout. Exceptional customer service, reliability, and a personal touch that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend Justin and the entire team at this Ace Hardware location!

BEWARE!!!!!!! I don't think I've ever had customer service…read morethis bad. The manager of this Sherwin Williams "Amanda" is extremely rude and has no idea how to coordinate customers in an orderly fashion. 5 employees and 2 customers; I was waiting for 30 minutes to ask a question. Very sad! Ever since this location has been going down hill fast ever since it went under new management. I'm a local that provides services in the area & I do a lot of business with all Sherwin Williams within a 45 mile radius. I will never return to this allocation again & I grantee it's only a matter of time before there is a new GM that knows how to provide excellent customer service and doesn't brush off customers regardless of how busy they are. I hope this review is helpful to any business or home owners looking for a great experience!
