Hayward had listed them as one of the repair and parts stores. I walked in and was greeted by some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were also very helpful Jessica Kim Brett and Eric. Even though it was my first time in the store they made me feel like I've been a customer for many years. Eric the repair person even came up from the back and showed me how to install the capacitor correctly. I went home and I got the capacitor on but the motor still wasn't working I thought I could fix it myself so I took it all apart watching YouTube videos. Then I couldn't get it back together now granted the motor was old and I probably should've gotten a whole new motor to begin with. Turns out I broke off the long four bolts that hold the motor together. Eric gave me an A for effort. He put a new motor back on my pump and even refunded me for the capacitor I didn't need for less than I could've bought one on Amazon!! I installed it back on my pump but I still wasn't getting pressure. I called back up to Aqua pool and patio and they sent out a service tech named Curtis. In three minutes Curtis found I had an air leak and fixed it. No charge. My pump is now working beautifully I am so thrilled. I really want to thank Aqua pool and patio for their wonderful associates and for helping me. My son his wife and four grandchildren are coming from Minnesota to visit in August and we are going to have so much fun in my pool because Aqua pool and patio. Marge B. Destin Florida.

The whole set is real wood and cost much less than most of the particle board furniture at other larger and more advertised (read: expensive) places. Just went back in to visit Ms. D yesterday and left with a tremendous deal on a sofa and loveseat and paid less for both than I could find a sofa alone elsewhere. Plus, I did cash and carry the same day versus waiting up to 8 weeks for other companies to get the furniture we wanted. Lastly, if we want local places to shop, we have to vote with our dollars. If everyone keeps shopping outside of Fort Walton Beach, then all of us will be forced to do all our shopping outside of Fort Walton Beach. Keep local jobs, support local business.

The clerk would test it and cheerfully draw a happy face on my results. When I reminded him (weekly) that it was green and cloudy he would call a senior clerk who gave me something else to try, and assure me many people were having the same problem. I finally gave up. When I went to Pinch A Penny they listened, tested my water and said my phosphates were too high. They explained that algae ate phosphates so even killing some off they could quickly regenerate. They gave me a set of steps to remove phosphates, then kill algae, then clear the water. The change was quick. I now have a clean healthy pool. I now have a new pool store. They are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and most of all solved my problem. Thank you!

They ran diagnostics, bench tested and pool tested. Determined the unit needed a new motor unit - that they had in stock. Replaced the motor unit. I suspect they probably had several hours of labor diagnosing and repairing but they only charged me for the part. Yep, no labor charge! So for ~$300, I got my cleaner back in operation. It was early in the evening, kinda dark and hazy that day. The truck delivering the furniture accidentally backed up and knocked out mailbox down. The two employees immediately came to our door to inform us. One was on the phone with the company letting them know what happened. The managers name is Clint. He spoke with my husband and said we will have a new mailbox put up the following day. We weren't upset. We understand accidents happen. Before noon the next day we had a new mailbox put that looked almost identical to ours. It actually looks like an upgraded one. My husband and I were extremely impressed and pleased with the immediate attention taken to fix an accident! I had to call and talk to the manager, Clint, to let him know what an exceptional experience we had from beginning to end. The drivers were prompt, polite and very apologetic. Clint made it happen!! Our mailbox was replaced in just over 12 hours!!! Who sees that kind of professional and honest experience with a retailer anymore? Well, trust me when I say that Clint and his employees are the best! Clint was so friendly we could have talked for hours on the phone. It was a perfect all-around experience!!! After dozens of calls with their customer service department a district supervisor and a regional manager my sales tax has not been corrected and I continue to be overcharged.
