Only 2 changing rooms. People take baskets of items to try on. Huge store. Need more changing rooms please.

There's a smell in there between deodorizer and dirty clothes. The furniture they take in is no good and not priced accordingly or comparatively to the other Goodwills in the county. The customer service is poor. read more

The items for sale vary from one visit to the next, and I have found some nice items at reasonable prices for our new home.

This place is staffed with the lowest of all human beings. They throw away most donated items. A box of my everyday socks/shirts/bras was mistaken for a box of purged clothes and sent to goodwill. My mistake totally, but I caught it and called them. The mgr April said since it was a weekend nobody was processing donations, but I'd have to describe every item. I was happy to. They were irreplaceable and had sentimental value. After describing about 3 or 4 shirts, she got tired of listening and changed her story saying they would all be together in the box anyway and she would give the message. When my husband came 2 days later, the workers said they never got any message and that they throw away almost everything. It breaks my heart. She knew these belonged to someone and were dropped off by accident, but did not care. They weren't even given to a charitable cause, they were thrown away. read more

I've been to this location several times and dropped off items. It was a younger gentleman in the back and he was always very nice. Today when I tried to drop off a bag of clothes there was there was an older guy doing something near the donation door. When I asked him where do I drop the bag, off he mumbled something about a box and had an attitude. I'm partially deaf and I couldn't understand what he said and there were three boxes there. When I tried to stop him to get him to repeat himself he just walked away. read more

I went in here to trade some of my Daddy's old military WWII and Air Force books. I was thinking I had 9 nice hardbacks that they could have made some good money off of and all I was asking for was for me to go get 4 paperbacks that I wanted to read in place of them, you all know what's called a TRADE. They said they don't do that. Well, you just lost money folks and I will never come back in here again. My local public library let me do it.. imagine that. read more

Like any thrift store some days are hits and misses. Ive been here a bunch of times and have left empty handed and a cartful. It all depends on when you come in. I find that Wednesdays and thursdays are good days to come in. I've bought furniture and clothing from this store and prices have been really cheap. Store is clean. Staff is friendly. They have great sales on Wednesday's or Tuesdays ( I believe), 20% off for senior citizens and military personal. read more

Over charges for used items that cost less or equal in new condition. Employees have a horrible chip on their shoulder. I don't know how every other thrift store in town can have decent items while EVERYTHING on display in this store is nothing but overpriced junk. I've worked in a thrift store in the past and people give away a lot of nice things. I just wonder why this Goodwill never seems to have them. Everything is outdated, stained, smells horrible or is half working condition. I hate this store. Don't waste your time. read more

I found the silk flowers that I was looking for. Pretty cheap. Brought them home and cleaned them up. Work perfect!!
