I kind of knew what color I wanted, but she showed me several examples to confirm. She then proceeded to help me pick brushes, paint, and wax. The best part was she gave me a full demonstration of how to actually use the paint and wax. It really helped me understand the process since I have never used this type of paint before. I put on the first coat tonight. I can tell it is probably going to need two coats. Since it is a book case, I don't think I will brush the 'top' of the shelves (or bottom- however you look at it). I might roll those since they are not visible. I love the Chateaux. It is a beautiful khaki green. It is going to be beautiful when I am done. I loved the amazing customer service. It is also a very cute shop. If I had spent more time, I am sure I could have found cute gifts!!

I had ordered 17 gallons of paint ($650+) and she gave me an eye roll after saying she probably didn't have that much of what I wanted on hand. I had called my contractor to confirm what I was ordering and had her talk to him on my phone. I'm standing at the counter and she's on my phone, again with the attitude, head shaking, and eye rolls while talking to my contractor. (Hello I can see you). Not sure why she had the attitude but she clearly hates her job. Probably shouldn't be in sales or customer service. I will say the other lady there was polite while I heard her helping customers. The bathroom was disgusting also. I won't be back to this location, which is a bummer since this is the closest one to my house. But I'd rather commute to another store.

However the girl working there at 10:30 am on 3/15 was SO rude and SO unprofessional!!! She refused to look up my account, belittled me and even called me A derogatory name!! She should not be working in retail with customers. She also spent her time gossiping about another co-worker to Dustin while Dustin was trying to focus and help me (she kept interrupting us). She was so rude and so unprofessional, I asked for another salesperson (thank you, Dustin, for being awesome!!!). Dustin needs a raise and the other sales person should be fired. Again Dustin and most employees there are awesome. Because of that one employee, I almost never returned.
